You Wladdy nuthuggers are truly amazing. You act as if Rahman is a premier contender - a world beater. Rahman has been washed up for years and you know this. Yet you act like Wlad accomplished something significant by eliminating a rotten tomato a blown up middleweight by the name of James Toney nearly stopped in their last bout. Rahman was put in front of Wlad only to make him look good. This is called flawed perspective.

David Haye actually came to the post fight press conference, and called Vitali out, instead of Wladimir. To me... it seems like Haye realized after watching Wladimir destroy Rahman, first hand... that he better go after Vitali instead.

........as if Wlad hasn't been fighting the best available contenders. Hogwash, you ****in' fail.
How many undefeated fighters does Wlad have to hand their first defeat? How many?
How many KO's or what KO % would be acceptable in your estimation?

    BTW...

Corrie Sanders openly admitted that Wlad was trying to get a rematch with him, but it was Corrie Sanders who refused to give Wlad a rematch. If you followed boxing at the time, you would have known that Corrie Sanders dropped his WBO title, rather than have to defend it against Wlad.

Ducked Ross Purritty? Also, if you followed boxing, you would have known that the rematch between them was actually set to go... and Puritty pulled out with an injury. As if Wlad really needed to prove that he was better than Ross Puritty.

Wladimir ducking the true challenges? Like the undefeated Sam Peter? Like the undefeated Calvin Brock? Like the undefeated Sultan Ibragimov? Like his rematch against Brewster? Like the top challenger and mandatory opponents Austin and Thompson? Like the Ring Magazine #1 ranked Heavyweight Chris Byrd? .... or did you mean like the same Hasim Rahman who half of this message board have been claiming for the past two years that the Klitschkos were afraid of?

The "best available contenders" (Y2K heavies) are CRAP which does not translate into EPO Wladdy as great champion.

Bias.... today's heavyweight division is certainly not weak. If all of these same guys were Americans, everyone would say that they were great. There is a big difference between being "stars", and having talent.

Man the HW div just sucks nowadays. I'm still reeling from the fact that the best HW out there fought Rahman, of all people. Pretty pathetic. We have to wait so long in between fights for a given fighter, and are rewarded by a lopsided Rahman fight? What the hell...
