Alright everyone, the results are in! We had a solid sample size of 105 voters.

About 60% of voters had Adamek inside the current Top 20 Pound-for-Pound, with only 40% ranking Adamek somewhere outside the Top 20.

Almost one third of voters rated Adamek as a Top 15 P4P fighter, but less than 6% had him in the Top 10.

    Thanks for voting!

Personally, I found the change in perception refreshing. Adamek was very underrated after his only career loss to Chad Dawson (competetive fight, though not close on the cards).

After beating a truly world class champion in Steve Cunningham, he is finally getting his due props.

Being a two weight world champion is also a great accomplishment in itself; the fact that Cruiserweight is about 3 regular weightclasses above Lightheavyweight nowadays only makes it that much more impressive, IMO.

Because he is a hell of a fighter.

    He is exciting to watch.

    He never ducks anybody.

Types like Adamek are good for boxing, he is a no BS fighter.

He is a great champion, humble, respectful, and doesnt make himself or the sport look bad.

    Why not?

It has nothing to do with the fact that he's from Poland right? :D

If he wasnt I would still be a fan, no doubt, and would have nothing against it.

Fact that he is from Poland does make me an even bigger fan, though. I won't lie. :thumbsup

I probably wouldn't argue with that, but I would have to put together my top 20p4p list though

P4P lists are subjective. I for one won't argue if anyone left him outside of the top 20.

But according to general consensus, it's correct to refer to Adamek as a top 20 P4P fighter now.

Have I ever made a post in which I said Bute is the best fighter in his division?

Have I ever made a post saying Bute would knock out Kessler, Calzaghe, Froch, etc..... ?

Have I ever made a post claiming Bute is a future ATG?

Have I ever made a post about Bute's p4p status?

    :huh

    Your point?

I made a poll and asked for a public opinion.

Here I merely stated the results. :huh
