same to me. If he backs it up in the ring, then he can be however he wants outside of it.

It's nearly Christmas and all some mugs on here can do is vent hate against a boxer. For someone you hold in such little regard, you sure do bang on about him a lot!

I hate no man I don't know personally, rapists, murderers and war criminals excluded of course.

Sportsmen should be a little arrogant and have the will to win.
Calzaghe is not wrong with some of his comments lately.
And I would love to see some ****ing perspective after Froch beat a no mark Canadian.

Calzaghe is a disgrace for not giving b-hop a rematch and an even bigger fool for actually believing he won the first fight anyway

I just hope he fights at least one more time and it's against Dawson. Stage it in Wales as JC's farewell fight. What he's like outside of the ring is irrelevant to me. I'm capable enough to see his career for what it is/was. I've found most of his fights to be entertaining and that's enough for me.

Majority of people have scored that fight for Calzaghe. Secondly, why would he give Hopkins a rematch? They obviously hate one another and now Hopkins has to live the rest of his life with the knowledge that he didn't beat JC. The onus is on Hopkins to make Calzaghe an offer this time, not the other way around. You can certainly make a case that "Hopkins would of battered him in their primes" but that fight didn't come off again because why?

If Roy was so washed up and crap why the hell was Hopkins having wet dreams about fighting him.The fact is Calzaghe destroyed a shot Roy Jones Jnr yes but he still destroyed him.Leaving Hopkins with no one too fight.Listen Pac-man destroyed a shot, weight drained Oscar De la Hoya and he's lauded, rightly so but would he have had as much success against a peak Oscar..nope.So Calzaghe deserves credit for his victory

I cant make any comments about the guy as I have never met him. But, he has a boxing style that is really on a level its own. A guys with that fast hands and also that stamina and head movement. He is a great fighter in the ring.

All that being said I think there is something to say for how a fighter behaves outside the ring, especially to his fans. Now, Tyson was a fairly horrible person inside the ring. He also was a fairly evil guy outside the ring with drugs and all. I met Mike on two seperate occasions, once when he was in his prime and a maniac and recently in Phoenix when he was retired.

Both times I met Tyson he was a really great guy. He took a lot of time with me and talked about boxing, specific boxers and just general life issues. I formed my opinion of him from those meetings. I would hope Joe would show some appreciation for his fans.
