Give me some info on what fighters do or eat to put on so much weight overnight?? And if it is food, what do they eat (specifically)??

They drink water to rehydrate themselves. And food of course, but nothing magic.

I know if you eat greens and stuff though it helps hydrate you and holds water...

See the second post in this thread, they rehydrate because being dehydrated was the reason they came in so light in the first place. Apart from that they eat food, because they need energy for the fight.

For a bit more detail...I've had to cut and load up quickly. Did this with water, gatorade and plenty of carbs for energy. Also a banana or 2 closest to fight time.

Had a fight not too long ago...I cut down to 153 for weigh in, then fought later that night at 159 going in. Had I think 3 gatorade and a bottle of water, 2 servings of lasagne, a sub sandwich, some chicken fingers and then a banana closer to match. My coach was laughing at me in pre fight warm up...said I looked like a sprinkler as the water coming back out so fast.
