Not long ago i would have said Hatton would brutallise pac and that it would be a mismatch.

Im not so sure now, Hatton would certainly test Pac but pacs speed might just be the deciding factor.

50/50 Fight for me and could end up being an unforgettable classic!

Pacquiao...I don't think the DLH fight shows his full potential of his growth because he held back in the fight many times...

Pacquiao will not be as merciful to Hatton...his speed and elusiveness will be WAY too much for Hatton to handled...it'll be competitive end for Hatton within 6

pacs too vicious, too determined, and he's simply a way, way better fighter than Hatton in about every way. I'm a fan of both fighters, but Pac would KO him.

Hatton by KO. Too strong and too powerful for the defensively weak Pac to deal with

pac for me. i think people underestimate his (debatable) wins over marquez.

marquez isn't well known to many armchair boxing fans but he's a superb technician that will trouble anyone and he legitimately held a claim to P4P king after floyd 'retired' depending how you viewed his pacman fights.

i think pac is too talented for hatton.

I think everyone is flattering Pac based on his last two fights, one guy with limited talent and no punch and another who was past his prime and drained.

Pac has avoided taking a hard shot above 135. Hatton is going to nail him at some point.

are you comparing that to the 3 mexican legends pac has beat to put himself at P4P number one, or doesnt it matter than hatton was fighting frank warren stiffs in the meantime?

i'm not being critical of hatton, a fighter who i respect a great deal, but compare the quality of opposition they've fought and the chances they've taken over their entire career - and oscar was a huge gamble - and i think you need to show a little more respect for pacman and take the word "avoided" out of any argument for possibly the most respected fighter in recent time in terms of who he's fought.

Pacman UD 12 over Hatton. Hatton wins a few rounds though, Pacman finds ways to stay inside and score with vicious combinations to dominate the 2nd part of teh fight.

I think pacman wins. The bout against paulie still hasn't convinced me.
Ricky will follow mayweather's advice for a certain amount of time in the fight, then when he starts getting frustrated in the later rounds. He will loose his cool and revert back to brawling again. The hitman lacks discipline and composure...

    Excellent post!

Pacs resume is top drawer! Up there with anyone around at the moment!

I mean for ****s sake, he has Morales, Barrera, and Marquez for a start!!!

Whether you're a fan or not you have to say he will fight anyone!

    Well.................................................

Pacquiao hasn't beaten a top quality and live opponent above 130

He has been knocked out twice via bodyshots

    But...................................................

Hatton has seldom looked good against a southpaw

Nobody knows what his chin is like anymore

I say this fight has the makings of a classic - two real warriors laying all on the line to win.

i'm tired of people who want to be blinkered on this....

its always the ****ing brits who want to try to 'gentle' a fight or their fighter.

the only thing hatton has on his side in this fight is his natural weight and i dont think thats so relevant simply because both he and pacman arent that far removed from each other.

stop using the defense that the other fighter has been KO'd...knockdown....as a defense for your man who hasn't - wait for it - faced nearly as good opposition as a fighter who has performed on the world stage against higher quality opposition.

i know some of you dont know any better, but some of you are playing dumb as **** just to try and milk your fighter in the hope you can garner support.

have some self-respect and give a rest....

Nice simple post from a hatton fan....:good

If PAC losses I'll eat my crow. I'll give Hatton 100% credit
If HATTON losses. Are you going to eat your crow and will you give PAC 100% credit!?:think
