How can Margo lovers defend him for the Mosley fight?

I don't know, Chief. someone said it best on here, "Mosely is no one's tune-up fight." I hope none of Margo's fans feel anything to the contrary. I'm kinda hopin' Shane sticks this guy and retires. But of course if Mosely wins we're gonna here about how Shane is a legend that buckled Cotto and took 'eem to the cards, knocked out Mayorga, etc. Who knows?

Usually I'm always up for a good "Margo-bashing" as everyone knows, but I have to say... Shane is not going to do an "Oscar" in there. He bout to put some **** on Margarito. Margarito will probably win this, but it won't be easy. Think about it. Shane knocked out a 170 pound Mayorga.

well I'll definitely watch the fight, but I gotta say it doesn't look good for Margo AT ALL after all the **** he talked about being avoided, nobody wants to fight him etc, then he forgets Paul Williams name after taking a loss to him.

We already know that Mosley will not use Cotto's gameplan and he doesnt fade too much so Margos endurance will not be as advantageous as usual. Im sure Sugar has a solid gameplan all planned out this wont be an easy night. ALl I know is that this will be the first fight were Sugar is gonna clinch plenty and fight on the middle of the ring all night if his chin holds up.

Theres nothing to answer because there is nothing wrong with this fight. Its the first fight of the year for Margo, its not PPV so nobody is getting ripped off and Margo has fought the best opposition thus far, what is the problem? Everyone knows its gonna be a good fight Sugar gave Cotto a run for his money and Mayorga is awkward and gives anyone problems.

 

I wouldn't say Shane is a disgraceful fight for Margo to take at all. It's an interesting matchup, plus even if it WAS a "tune-up" fight, when a fighter has taken on the kind of competition Margo has lately, isn't he entitled to that? Happens all the time in boxing.
