who the hell is Hopkins gonna fight if he doesn't fight Kessler?

I see only 2 options for BHop

Adamek and Kessler. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go after Adamek

 

What a ***** Kessler is. Refusing to fight Dawson and than calling him out. Damn, this guy is a delusional ******.

 

BHop aint gonna fight Adamek. He said that his quote on boxing confidential was wake. He doesnt even know who Adamek is. He said that going up to 200 pounds division in his age would be a suicide to his body.

Its the same story,the Americans just keep fighting each other over and over but arn't prepared to take any risks fighting anyone else.Calzaghe wasn't too keen on fighting Kessler I remember at the time but was forced to by networks and because the American fighters were again freezing him out.This is why people get sick and tired of boxing politics.Kessler is willing to go to their backyards but guys like Taylor are still not willing to take the fight.

 

Anyone who says Kessler doesn't want big fights in the US needs to check their facts. He is constantly ringside at the big Stateside fights looking for an opponent.

Kessler should show up ringside for the next big SMW fight stateside in shorts and gloves, ready to go.

 

All I know is Kesslers people said that they wouldnt fight Dawson, and know the cliam is Dawson wont fight them??? I doubt that...I also doubt that Pavlik wouldnt fight him.

Hopkins I can believe because he dont think that highly of Kessler and said something like "Who is that" when asked about a possible fight. The Taylor thing Im not sure about, I read that HBO was interested in that fight but then I never heard anymore. Going on who the two have fought in the past I would guess that its not Taylor that wouldnt fight, he dont really have a history of not fighting guys and Kessler does.

 

He did the same thing with Lacy before Calzaghe whipped him...He was offered a fight with Lacy claimed he was hurt, team palle offered up some bum as his replacement and a few weeks later he wrote some open letter calling out Lacy again, Lacy said lets go then we heard nothing from Kessler...

 

Taylor has only had one fight at 168 and Lacy ain't no pushover.

Some of the names for his next match that keep coming up are Froch, Kessler, and Winky.

Its too early and very inaccurate to say Taylor is taking the easy route at 168.

Based on his middleweight career I'd be willing to give Taylor the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.

 

The 168-175 will settle soon, when fighters actually sign contracts. So far the only one is Bute vs Larsen.(and thats if Larsen wins).

I will give the beginning of next year to settle all that. Btw, nice words from Kessler. Being a brave man.

It is recycled from Marley's website where it was published as a press release. It should be legit since Michael Marley is Kessler's agent in USA.

Edit: My bad... It was released on the Scene one day before being released on Marley's website. Strange...

 

I doubt Kessler wrote that letter.
