Why not? Between Dawson, Johnson, Taylor, Froch, the rematches...plenty of opportunity to get there and beef up his resume in the process.

Does anybody really wanna see Calzaghe vs. Hopkins II? Why would you want to watch an ol' toothless man get slapped around so badly that he needs to blatantly cheat?

I can only see Joe fighting once more. This would be in Cardiff, thank you and good bye to all his fans etc. Don’t know who he will fight against though. He seems to have ruled out most of the legitimate contenders.

Dawson, Hopkins II, Kessler II and Johnson would be an epic feat if he pulled it off. None of those are sure things for him now.

OMG Europeans are fighting Europeans? what a disgrace.. seriously.. I didn't know this was happening, with a population of around 700mil there simply can't be any good boxers to come out of little Europe now can there?

You do know Europeans dominate a lot of the current divisions, get your head out of your arse and learn about things. I'd start with Maths, then maybe a little bit of English then eventually you can talk on boxing, but only after you start to know that Europe can do things by itself.

Whether it's 46-0 or 50-0, Calzaghe will always have his haters.

50-0 would be tough. I suppose two tough fights, with two easy ones is doable for Calzaghe.

Not if he is just gonna keep fighting bums and shot fighters. I would just rather he just retire so he can be forgotten.

No one is going to remember him, that probably the only positive about his entire career.:deal

If he were to take on Dawson, Johnson and Taylor that would earn my respect.

Hmm, but does he have the motivation for it, incidentally, would you rather see Taylor and Froch or the rematches?
