I meant the write up, smart arse :yep , I'll have a dig around and post it if I can find it. In short......after putting Bummy on his seat in the first round Fritzie thumbed Bummy (no snickers at the back) in both eyes at the beginning of the 2nd. Bummy responded by throwing at least ten low blows at Fritzie (most landing) at which point Bummy was DQ'd by the ref. Bummy took umbridge at this, kicked the ref and started at Fritzie again. Davis was escorted from the ring by a squad of New Yorks finest and handed a very lengthy (maybe even life) ban by the NY Athletic Commission, only lifted when Zivic appealed on his behalf. My uncle has press photos of the fight which show the referee diving out of the ring to avoid further confrontation with Davis, and then Davis being led from the ring in what appears to be a straight jacket. It makes Hollyfield - Tyson look like a gentle walk in the park.
