    P4P according to Ring Magazine

    1. Phillippines
    2. Mexico
    3. GB
    4. US
    5. Mexico
    6. Mexico
    7. Mexico
    8. Puerto Rico
    9. Puerto Rico
    10. GB

That's definitely a win for Mexico in my eyes.

Supported by highest rated per weight
    HW - UKR
    CW - POL
    LHW - GB
    SMW - DEN
    MW - USA
LMW - USA (I reckon should be UKR)
    WW - MEX
LWW - PHL (Tough but fair on Ricky)
    LW - MEX
    SFW - VEN (maybe SAF?)
    FW - IDN
    SBW - MEX
    BW - JPN
    SFL - ARM
    FLW - PHL
    LFL - PUE
    STW - NIC

For the US, without Floyd Jr, you're really down to BHop, Chad, Kelly and Paul Williams. Come back PBF....

Mexico definitely produces a lot more quality boxers than most nations. Whether they are p4p great or not depends on a cycle I suppose.

Although I do agree that Puerto Rico produces a ridiculous amount of good fighters given their population.

you should have calculated it by how many major titles each nation has.

Different countries do well at different weights. Mexico does well but looks better than it is for them because they do so well at the smaller weights.

The Ukraine seems to produce a lot of good fighters who often seem to get thought of as Russians.

The weights aren't so far apart (although I suppose more people fight at them). It makes them look as though they're boxers are better technically and that what they are good at doing works across a wider spectrum of weights when it actually works better at the smaller rather than the bigger weights.

Puerto Rico isn't even it's own nation.

how can you not have the wickster an no.1 LWW?

in my eyes GB deserve their place as we've got the recognised no.1 at LWW (Hatton) SMW/LH (calzaghe) and cruiser (HAYE)
