Mayweather - Margarito is a much bigger fight. As great as Pacqiuao is, after thinking it through, Mayweather would still beat him. He's the master tactician.

Why the **** do people keep talking about age for? People decline at different times, at different rates. Stop simplifying everything. When people go on about ages, it makes me think they haven't seen enough of the fighters in question.
David Diaz was not one of the top 5 guys at 135 when he fought Pac. Despite that fact, he was still a legit champion. He was nowhere near Pac's level but Pac was going up in weight and let's consider this a tune-up fight. Still that's a legit champ for a tune-up fight moving up at a weight he's never fought before. Regarding the JMM fight, it was a close fight, no denying that. But it wasn't a robbery as both fighters did enough to deserve the victory. Just so happens that the decision went Manny's way. That's boxing. When Pac took the dela Hoya fight, everyone was outraged at the apparent mismatch. Oscar was considered past his prime but not shot. Most respected boxing analysts and fans picked dela Hoya to win. During the first round, Hoya looked tentative but he looked okay. Give Pac some credit in the outcome of the fight. I think that's an objective enough assessment of Pac's 3 fights this year.

Manny was much more manly in receiving his Oscar award but even before Manny's resume vastly passed PBF's and possibly passes anyone else still fighting.
Oscar's defeat is sweet and sour for Pac. Sweet, because Pac beat a huge name and boxing icon in a dominating way that no one has done before this. It's sour because yes Oscar was a shadow of himself, perhaps age caught up to him, perhaps the weight killed his energy, or perhaps he was defeated mentally before the fight even started when he said, "I'm in a no win position. I loose if I beat pac and I loose if I loose to Pac." Either way, I think Pac is the greatest active boxer right now because I see him this way even if he had not fought Hoya, his resume stands for itself. One could argue about Morales being shot but he won the first one and perhaps was not considered shot in his victory. The second two he looks shot at the hands of the Pacman. Barrera was not shot when he fought Pac the first time, coming off the Hamed win, nor the second time, coming off a close tight fight against Marquez. I definately don't see Marquez as shot. We as fans are lucky to have someone like the Pacman in our sport today.
