It's no use, Sakman can no longer debate...and if you own him, he will PM mods and admin saying that he is being harrassed. Someone who is that fearful of conforntation, and cowers from challenge should not be allowed to create threads any longer. ...and I agree with him on this particular issue. ...but it's embarrassing agreeing with a B*tch. Sakman stop creating threads, it gets you attention you don't want and can't deal with. You are like Zelenoff now, create a thread just to be laughed at. I had enough laughs this week already though. Merry Christmas Buddy. :good
Valuev is a big black eye to modern Neanderthals/archaics everywhere and so at the very least be stripped of his title.
wow...are u ficking ******ed...why would he lose the fight...if he won then i am sure they could have fought againatsch:deal
People say Holyfield has benefitted from robberies in his career before, but in ALL the disputed decisions (except one - the 2006 Oquendo fight) he GAVE A REMATCH. Qawi 1986 - some thought Qawi edged it, but no one said it was a robbery. Holyfield KO'd him in 4 rounds a year later. I thought Holyfield deserved the '86 decision anyway, and so did most fans. Bowe 1993 - the "fan man" fight. I thought Holyfield won 7 or 8 rounds but others had it closer, and some had Bowe edging it. Yes, it was disputable, but most thought the decsion fair. Anyway, these two met up for a decider two years later, and Bowe won by KO. Lewis 1999 - Lewis was ROBBED with the draw. Immediate rematch. Ruiz 2000 - Some say Ruiz was robbed but I thought this was a close dull fight that could have gone either way. Immediate rematch. The only disputed decision given to Holyfield where he hasn't rematched is Oquendo in 2006, and that wasn't a title fight. The only fight in this list I'd accept was a ROBBERY akin to the Valuev-Holyfield fight is Lewis in 1999, and at least Lewis was given a draw (not that that makes it much less of an injustice). Also, there are other fight ( first Moorer fight) where Holyfield was perhaps unlucky not to get a narrow win. Ruiz 3 probably should have gone to him too.
So, Valuev should be a man and give Holyfield a rematch. It will be a very dull fight, but so will Valuev v. anyone !
Valuev doesn't even have a word to say about who he will fight. He never wanted to face Holyfield. He's just doing what his boss Sauerland tells him to do. Remember he's just a circus freak who wouldn't have gotten anywhere without Sauerland. So it's Sauerland who decides if Holy gets a rematch or not, even the WBA doesn't have a word to say since they're dependent on Sauerland and Don King. I don't think Holy will get that rematch. I suggest that the public boicotts all Sauerland fights from now on.
Thats a little bit harsh for Valuev. He has beaten some good fighters and is legit top-10 heavyweight in the world. Also I think people are overreacting to this fight, because it was Holyfield in there. There is saying that you must take the title from the champion and that is what Holyfield failed to do.
But Holyfield DID take the title from the champion. He was the only one throwing meaningful punches. True, there weren't a lot of them, but Holyfield won at least 8 rounds, and that's being generous to Valuev.
