I have appeared on a few of his shows and i watched how he does business. Last night epitomized his nature as a sleazy corrupt twat who needs bringing to the attention of the governing bodies.. In Germany , Switzerland , USSR he brings shame to boxing and to rob an icon like Evander Holyfield of such a career defining victory against his own freak , a talentless clown who needs to hand the belt back out of shame of having less that mediocre skills and flaunts his wba strap like he deserves it, its a ****ing travesty.. Valuev is a disgrace and his promoter is a criminal who is allowed to steer the richest prize in sport away from one of its great pioneer champs , Evander.. His shows , his promotion company, his proffessionalism, and his so called Garish champ bring nothing to boxing, he is a nonentity in my opinion and as soon as he loses his grasp on the title in one form or another , wont come soon enough..

Evander won a poor fight very clearly and Valuev has no entertainment value in his ability at all, Vauev = Valueless,,,,,,,,,,,, Sauer Land is a place i am in after watching that shite...

The whole outfit really needs looking at...

Some of us haven't seen this fight yet. What should this thing have been scored? Was it as bad as Casamayor/Santa Cruz, or worse?

Not Casamayor - Cruz bad, but bad enough to make me sick.

Damn. How should it have been scored? Did Evander win like 8-4?

It was a fairly close fight. It was messy with very little action. It could go either way, but the way it went Evander fans are bound to feel they have a good case. Similarly Valuev fans are bound to feel their man did enough to win.

Just a mess. But one of those fights where American fans would expect that the US legend gets the win 100 out of 100 times over the non-American. Used to get scripted Hollywood endings when possible. So, from a cognitive conditioning point of view people are bound to feel dissatisfied with the verdict of the judges.

It was not fairly close. Valuev, at best may have taken 3 rounds.

Yes I saw the fight and Holyfield was robbed, it was a disgrace to see. Valuev is no boxer, he´s a big man that´s all. I´ve seen semi good amateurs with better skills. In my book he´s no champion. This is what destroys boxing and like someone wrote in another thread here, Valuev makes Primo Carnera be one of the greatest of all time, or something like that.
Valuev should send the belt to Evander cause Valuev seems to be a very humble an polite man. He showed his respect to Evander right after the fight, so I don´t blame him, not at all. He did what he could. Holyfield was robbed, big time this night.
Shame on you Sauerland, shame on you.!

Worse -- as controversial as that was, Miranda did commit some fouls, and AA kept it close. This **** was not even close. 116-112 Holyfield would be a kindness to Valuev.

I had Valuev in front by 1 point. In my pooinion Evander didn´t do enough to grab the belt. It was more "dancing with the stars" around the russian giant who was trying to go behind Holyfield from the centre of the ring.

I think the main problem is that Evander was better than expected and the people dislike Valuev so they saw the fight from another angle.

But honestly it was a shitty fight...
