    Sorry, the formating wouln't paste.

I put the link up to their resumes.

Compare the 2, I think Ruiz's resume beats him out.

And Ruiz beat his comp while they were in there Prime, except for Holyfeld who was on the slide but not shot at the time.

Did you look at the resumes?

I know Ruiz gets alot of hate on this board, and I am no fan either, but you got admit the dude accomplished alot comapred to Calzaghe's. He fought the best in his division.

Why would you even attempt to compare Joe Calzaghe to John "huggy-bear" Ruiz? Pointless!

No brainer, Ruiz is one of the heavies in history. What did calazaghe do? Beat a 45 year old Roy who by the way knocked him down in the first round. His other significant name is Hopkins and it was a bad decision.

Who called Ruiz an ATG? :(

Certainly not me, don't put words into my mouth.

But I don't think Calzaghe is an ATG either.

If this is a wind-up it's a bad one. If not, then I am speechless! Calzaghe has beaten three times as many world class fighters at his weight as Ruiz has, plus he's never been beaten up by guys who started 70lbs lighter than him, or sparked in 19 seconds!

    My apologies, Hambone.

It was not you, but rather, RuizFan who described John Ruiz as an ATG.

By the way, this thread if ****ing terrible.
