Klitckho 's make the contenders seem like chumps . yet The Rock was a chump

 

The only people that are really worth fighting are Povetkin, Haye, Valuev and Chagaev. If Haye beats Vit (though can't see it happening), then if Wlad beat Haye and the other 3 that would be quite an achievement no matter what anyone says - the HW division isn't that good but a lot of peopple seem to forget that there is a difference between something being boring and it being technically bad.

No they suck because they suck....The truth is you have a 50 year old Holyfield beating a current belt holder, you have had two middleweight go up and win heavyweight titles, you had an old uninterested Lewis take on what was the best heavyweight in the current crop on short notice and bust him up, making him look like a POW.

 

Roy Jones Jr. won a title at Heavyweight...and? :-(

Lets also mention that Jones Jr. did it against... a King Fighter.

 

Yet when an old overweight Foreman Beat Michael Moorer you cheer? There's been a huge movement of older fighters coming back and having success in more divisions than HW

Frankly I don't understand the comment that todays heavyweight division is the worst when we used to have Ruiz hug to a decision at least Wlad Knocks dudes out...

also fair is fair VK did a whole lot of busting on LL as well and he had just as much notice...

 

RJJ and Toney cherrypicked one of the worst title holders in recent memory. He didn't stick around to face Lennox or the Brothers for some reason. And Toney turned down offers from both Klits using money as a pretense despite the fact it would have been his biggest payday ever :yep. So if there such bums like he and so many others say, why did he turn it down?? I'll tell u why...he would've gotten his ass handed to him

Today, Vitali and Wlad are very good hws and could compete in any era. After them, there is a big drop but that's not uncommon in any hw era.

 

Today's HW division is no worse than the divisions that Dempsey, Louis, Marciano, Holmes & Tyson fought in. :nono

 

Actually Don King still has his hands in the pot, the only difference is that at one point, he actually had something to work with..

As for Tubbs, Hipp, Page, etc. Are these the best examples you can come up with, in addition to your list of Byrd, Rahman and Ruiz fights?

Tell me something, when was the last time you saw a trilogy like Holyfield vs Bowe, or a slugfest like Holyfield vs Dokes? When was the last time you saw a dominant champion like Mike Tyson demolishing contenders and titlists in their primes? When was the last time you saw a technician like Larry Holmes or Muhammad Ali?

As for Euro fighters? We had one of the best in Lennox Lewis as well some decent guys like Frank Bruno at one point. Some of these Russian dudes who are afraid to get hit, or even fight the best of each other don't get my dick hard. Sorry, heavyweight boxing sucks right now.

 

I think that sums it up in a nutshell. Golota got how many title fights? Does anyone remember Byrd vs. TOS which is the worst HW fight I've ever seen?

JLH- Wlad has trired several times to get Valuev in the ring. THey had a deal in place to fight but Valuev lost to Chagaev. CHEF confirmed this. Then, he tried to get Valuev before he signed for the Povetkin fight.

Im hoping Sauerland realizes his circus act is about over and need to cash in while they still have a chance cause w/o a strap valuev is worthless to wlad. Wlad needs an opponent for May so it's now or never for the Valuev cause he will lose to Chagaev again.

 

Yeah, I don't know where JenniferLoveHewitt got his info from but Wlad has been trying to get Valuev to fight but to no avail.

 

Wladimir IS a technician AND he ends most of his fights w/ a vicious KO. I guess those early Tyson fights where he was knocking out guys like Steve Zouski, Old Holmes & Spinks have you fooled.................sorry your opinion sucks to me.
