I love how people say Calzaghe would be beaten... when no ones witnessed a way of defeating Calzaghe, to suggest he would lose to anyone is laughable, the way he adapts during fights, envelops fighters, stuns them, his blistering pace etc.

Hagler never fought above same day 160. Calzaghe is a champ at day before 175. That is a big ****ing difference in size. 20lb plus. If you think there is NO chance of Hagler losing that you are the one thats nuts.

And for the record Hagler is my number 1 favourite fighter.

And as for having 15 rounds to wear Joe down, I have seen nothing in Joe's career to suggest he wouldnt have been as good over 15 as he is over 12. If I had to stake my house on a current day fighter being able to go 15 Joe would be one of the few fighters I could bet on in total confidence. His stamina really is something else.

only one that stands a chance is SRR, but, as fighters have become more machine like, fitter, slicker, etc, how does that era cope with todays monsters? SRR would beat most people, but Calzaghe is an enigma, a true one off of his era, like SRR, like Fitzsimmons, so you're talking a clash of the titans, difference being, SRR lost, Calzaghe hasn't.
