he got knocked the **** out by kelly when his eye was the most swollen i have ever see. so in other words he was shook. it was haunting him lol
No love for Gainer :think but yeah he mess up that night he had everybody upset even his homie Roy Jones what an embracement.
Obviously nobody who steps in the ring is a coward but he lacked the heart of a fighter, and was somewhat scared of being beaten up by Marquez.
Hmm you think so? I remember seeing him for the first time and thinking that he was almost a copy of Roy Jones Jr. Not as good as Roy of course, but he copied the same kind of style. He was obviously talented imo... Hid fight vs the flushing flash was fun:yep
I think theyre both from Pensacola, Florida, and I saw them both practicing in the gym together, back in the late 90's.
Yes they are,they are actually good friends,HBO actually did a piece on them before one of Roy's fights some years ago,can't remember exactly.
I always remember that was the first time I saw Marquez fight, but I had read a lot about him before then.
