    Calzaghe above almost everyone on that list is wrong.
    Damn they put Driscoll behind Calzaghe !!

    Calzaghe should be on the edge of a top 20 list. If he is lucky. He held the WBO belt. Who cares. He beat Kessler. Who cares. He beat a couple of old guys. Who cares.

    I'd put Hatton there if Calzaghe is.
    but I'm sure other earn it more than both them dudes.
    WTF is Joe doing at no. 3?

    British boxing has a history of three centuries and all of the fighters they have picked are from the third of that period when British boxing was least relevant on the world stage.

    Not one fighter has been selected from the two thirds of that period when Britain was the worlds premier boxing nation.

    Prety average really.

    These lists are stupid guys that are long dead always feature too far up. How the hell do you judge a fighter if you can't see many or any of his fights.

    Hamed should be in the top 10.
    Lewis has to be higher up - greatest heavyweight ever
    Calzaghe - ??? Beats old men and bums
    Buchanan - Great fighter
    Randy Turpin - 1 fight make you great does it?
    Hatton should be above Calzaghe and should probably be top 5

    You can at least judge his historical impact.

    Guys like Jack Broughton, Daniel Mendoza, Dutch Sam and Jem Mace developed boxing as we know it.

    That is Britains biggest contribution to the fight game.

    Why not??? Look at their impact on British boxing - Hamed was the most exciting British fighter of all time. He went to America and fought all comers. Same is true of Hatton and he is one of the few Brits to be considered the number one at his weight in the world.
