Yep, bad for men. You want soy that bad, have tofu. The decomp/ fermentation process makes it less harmful to men.
All so from what I understand harmfull to women as well. Soy is not a good alternitive source for protean. Unfortintly it seemes to be in just about every non meat protean source. Try Nuts and the grain Quenuia as other sources of protean if meat and eggs are not your thing.
Not so sure tofu is actually harmful, its just non spoiled soy that is just good for men, I've read that it can hinder a persons uptake of certain crucial vitamins and minerals, however.... In Okinawa, tofu, and fu (soybean paste) are eaten just about everyday. Okinawans smoke like chimneys, eat loads of seafood, Goya (bittermelon) and soy.. They also live longer than anybody on earth.
Agree Koa. Asian countries (like Japan) consume large amounts of soy/tofu/soy beans/soy milk and they have the longest life expectancy. Maybe their bodies build up a tolerence against the bad effects or something?
In 1930, not today, the newer generations are averaging 5,10 in Japan and China. I was talking about GM Soya, not the original soya bean that has been a staple food source for over 5000 years, almost all Soya is GM now from Monsanto, Frankenstein foods can't be proven safe.
