Get it out of your system, type posts here:

I'll start.. Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because Joe is nearly 7 years older and still wins fights way easier e.g Kessler.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because he actually has a decent jab, not a slowish lunge which kinda accidentally lands.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because he is UNDEFEATED.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because Pacquiao is a thicko, Joe is a Mastermind who out-smarted Bernard the Ghostbuster Hopkins.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because my Mum said so and my Mum is always right, she knew Obama would win.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because he reigned for over a decade.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because he throws more punches.

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because he has a HIGHER KO%

Calzaghe is better than Pacquiao because you know he is.

I'll start with: Pacquiao will be ranked higher by history than Calzaghe, will generally and eternally be regarded as the greater fighter. Anything else is irrelevant in the greater scheme of things. End thread.

Calzaghe has had only 2 KOs in his entire career, both against journeymen before he became a world champion. He has NEVER KO'd anyone at world title level.

If we're going to get on the subject of punch power, Calzaghe's is underrated whereas Pacquiao's is dramatically over-rated.

His punches worry the Ref so much the Ref stops it quickly, Pacquiao punches like a sissy girl, the Ref lets him keep going! :0)

    Dude.

You've just dug yourself the biggest hole in the world.

Pacquiao punches like a sissy girl, and you're making a case for Calzaghe in the same sentence. You're so ****ed.

Calzaghe's isn' underrated, it is just poor. Pacquiao's punch-power isn't rated overly highly, I never read anyone saying he is a concussive one-punch hitter, but his ability as a finisher is exceptional, he is a brilliant accumulation-finisher... just ask the man in your avatar.

Not really. Look at how many more times calzaghe lands on his opponents then Pac does to his. And he still hasn't put anyone away in ages. Pac seriously beats his opponents. JMM aside. :)

Calzaghe distractors often compare his lack of power to the likes of Paulie malignaggi, who isn't even capable of sparking third tier competition.

I don't think Pacquiao's a great finisher either. He was unable to do so against Barrera, and Marquez in both of their fights.
