Assuming that Pacman passed by Hatton and will face PBF next, at what weight do they have to fight? Their fight weight will be from 140 - 147lbs. Choose the best weight that you think both of them should fight.

I actually want them to fight at 141lbs. 6lbs above 135 (for Pac) and 6lbs below 147 (for PBF).

Most posters actually who chose Floyd to win said that Floyd will win against Manny at any weight. So their fighting weight will not be an issue.

true. but with that long lay off, must be hard to take off those excess baggages.. but you know how boxing works, the more you squeezed the weight, the more the fans will have an idea what will be their excuses are. especially for a fighter who is not the young floyd anymore.

i say 140 just in case people want to argue how outsized manny would be at a weight higher than that... but in all reality floyd would most likley win at any weight... which is kind of a shame, because manny is better for the sport in many ways

I really don't see why it matters. Both of them will come into the ring around 147-150.

140 because Pac will have Hatton's belt. If they just want to just stage a megafight with nothing on the line, a catchweight at between 141-144 would be fair.

    147. Manny won't ever weigh in at the WW limit so let it be fair. Roach wants the matchup but is looking for any advantage he can get like with DLH. DLH weighed in at 150 in May but is a fool for money and sucomb to negotiations having him weigh in at a number he hasn't done in 7 years.

Floyd weighing in at anything less than 146 or so will have him less than 100%. If you want to fight Floyd Mayweather then fight him at his best, none of this bull**** catchweight mess. As much as Pacfans and Roach like to complain about advantages/disadvantages, it goes both ways. Does Roach really want the fight that bad? How confident is he really? Having Floyd come in at 145 or less will be a advantage for Pacman whereas the fight is fought on even ground letting Mayweather weigh in at the WW limit. We all know Pac will be 100% come fight night but having the weigh at 140-145 runs the risk of Mayweather not being 100%. As much as you fools like to ***** about advantages, having a catchweight only has Mayweather and his camp being at a disadvantage. If fighting Floyd is so much of a disadvantage.. Then why take the fight? Why the noise? Roach himself isn't a confident man and won't ever be when it comes to Mayweather unless he would be okay with Floyd weighing in as the natural WW that he is.

floyd is a natural 147 pounder? then he should fight the best 147 pounders in the game.
