Are you guys really arguing over 3 rounds?

Anyways, it took Lennox a total of 9 rounds (2 fights) to get a "W" over Rahman.

Same thing with Toney, it took him 15 rounds (2 fights) and he still doesn't have an official "W" over Rahman.

You'd have to be a KLIT-ite to even attempt that viewpoint.

You do not count rounds of a previous bout, when determining how long it took to dispatch of an opponent in a specific fight.

It might not be official, but Rahman knows he took the easy way out...and that he was a beat man.

Tell me, does RAhman have to count rounds in the 1st fight with Lewis, when discussing how long it took LL to get rid of him in the second fight...???

Absolutely not. This is another poor attempt at spin by the ever so dizzy KLIT-ites.

The fact that James Toney has been mentioned in this thread, shows just how much Wladimir Klitschko is disrespected.

Wow, lol, i thought this was dum at first, but it's a decent point. Still, is about how they fought Rahman. They took it to him. It's Wlad's lack of aggressiveness that people have a problem with. That's the bottom line.

People want to see violent Ko's and toe-to-toe action. Something climatic.

Wlad knows how to fight intelligently and doesn't need to bare unnecessary risk.

I have a lot of respect for young Klitschko simply beating the man in front of him. He does his work and that's what I like.

    Indeed.

He's intelligent enough to know that anyone with finesse, speed and power has his number.

So why take a risk when Vitali can take it for you?

You're incorrect about that. Wlad was probably more impressive and exciting than David Haye before he lost to Corrie Sanders. He was a big deal back then, and I remember really being impressed by him because he could do everything, and the single solitary question was his chin.

His style has either deteriorated or improved depending on how you choose to see it, but either way everyone sees it the same way that it's because he doesn't want to get he doesn't want to get KO'd. People feel different about this; some think it's smart, some think he's a coward. I'm in between because I'm indifferent, since it's his choice, but I would rather see him fight like he used to because I'm just not interested in his fights anymore, at least not from the perspective of seeing HIM fight. I'd be interested in a David Haye fight because he's the new kid on the block, with legitimate punching power.

I don't believe in this bull**** that David Haye is a hypejob. Even if he was, so ****ing what, he's a GREAT hypejob that cleaned out the cruiserweight division. And if he's a hypejob, then why wouldn't it make sense for Wlad to fight him in a big money fight. Considering that Wlad is the number 1 ranked HW in the world, he should fight Haye simply because it's the fight that people want to see. I mean really how many other fights at HW are there that people are legitimately intrigued by. I really haven't followed Wladimir's quotes on this, but if he's using that as an excuse to not fight Haye, then that's ridiculous.

wladimir is a man atop a shitehole of a division.

if he beats a good upcomer like povetkin then his stock definitely rises.

but u can't get too excited over wins like ray austin, tony thompson and hasim rahman. :-(

How can you fight like a *** if you have one of the best KO% of HW boxing all-time.

I can see if you said malignaggi or some guy like that.

Or you just want don't appreciate boxing too much.

Malignaggi fights with more heart and balls than WLAD ever could...and I can guarantee that if Paulie had WLAD's power it would not take him as long as WLAD to KO somebody.

WLAD can knock out damn near anyone with one shot...but he is too afraid to get hit, to straight out destroy an opponent.

Look at Rahman's last two fights.

He lasts almost the whole time vs. WLAD, but Toney hit him with a right at the end of three that let Hasim know he didn't want anymore.

WLAd has KO power but he is still boring as ****.

Your fav fighter Floyed Mgayweather is criticized for the same things, he fights defensive, protects himself, doesnt go for knockouts unless the opportunity really arises, doesnt brawl, runs from his opponents, yet you keep sucking his dick.
