Evans isn't going to beat Fedor at this point. He doesn't have the ability to last on the ground with Fedor, who could & would get Rashad on his back.

He'd have to catch Fedor the same way he did Liddell for this upset to happen.

He's not ready for it yet.

Evans handspeed and power could pose some problems to Fedor as would his wrestling backround.

Fedor is always ready to fight and he does MORE than enough to win... even with everyone gunning for him, he still comes out on top.

Randleman used his strength to throw Fedor around... Evans would be undersized against Fedor. Evans has fought at HW before, and he was sluggish at a higher weight. At his best, he'd be 30 pounds underweight going against Emelianenko.

He could do to Fedor what Randleman did - which is basically nothing but a big suplex. If Evans gets on the ground with Fedor, he'll get subbed.

You're officially ******ed. Mark Coleman at 50 is a better wrestler than Rashad Evans. 'Wrestling background'

I miss your 'Fedor to fight Joe Rogan'! And 'Fedor to fight a girl!' threads. You should restart them, they were the Yin to MikeW's more Yang brand of juvenile autism.

Made absolutely no diffrence though did it. What exactly was Coleman going to do when he got there? RNC? Coleman was a great collegiate wrestler but much like the rest of Hammerhouse all he had was a solid GnP and brutal strength. Both times Coleman got savagely beaten up.

Fedor is a natural HW, with the strength that comes with it. Rashad would be fighting up in weight, which is dangerous, especially with a veteran champion who knows how to deal with anything.

I respect Evans a great deal... in a few years, he's turned himself into a great fighter, but Fedor is too much bite to chew.
