Dont have my scores here but it was definitely 115-113 or 115-112 that i had in favour of Marquez, a clear win though.

No, I wouldn't. What the **** do I care if the best pole vaulter in the world happened to be born in the same country as I was? If I'm a fan of pole vaulting, I'll appreciate the sport, and appreciate the athlete. That doesn't make me blind and completely irrational when they compete.

Chris Rock made a significant comment: Remember when Black people celebrated the O.J. verdict? "We won!" they'd yell. Who won? A murderer was found not guilty. The only person that won was O.J. himself, the rest of humanity lost.

Manny Pacquiao was given a gift decision. The only person that won was Manny Pacquiao, the credibility of boxing and the intelligent boxing fan lost.

There is no "we". People worship a human being as a God because he was born with incredible genetic advantages and was born in the same section of Earth as they were. This alone makes him "better" than the rest of the population, his life worth more, his opinions more credible.

It's complete insanity. How in the world can you defend fans like "harrison"? The man is an embarrassment to boxing, and he should be an embarrassment to you as a Pacquiao fan. 90% of Pacquiao fans say the same thing. They are a faceless sea of jibberish. Why not pick 1 representative and have him say "MaNnY aTg #1!" in every thread, and save everybody else the time?

There's nothing "fun" about this. Dedicating your life to praising an athlete is destructive, deluded and absurd. Why not worship the best fisherman in the world? Isn't it an equally arbitrary and nonsensical life path? If you guys enjoy saying the same **** over and over, why not just to go Pacland forums? Or why not ask for a sub-forum in ESB? I'm dead serious, I can't fathom your motivation for posting at the ESB general boxing board.

Winning and losing is not about who gets knocked down, whether the fight is close or not, each round is scored independently of eachother.

A judge does'nt defend his scorecard by saying that "I thought it wax a close fight, but the knockdown did it for me!"
......thats ridiculous, a judge turns in a scorecard after each round, and a fighter having scored a knockdown earlier or later has no bearing on his actual decision on who he thinks won or lost.......

You determine a winner by the actual addition of each of the 12 cards he turns in after each round.

If you cant get that, I believe this whole forum can actually call you an idiot!

Excuse my namecalling.......but some stubborn posters bring out the worst in me.
Sometimes its not so easy ignoring the actual tards in this forum!:nut

now let me re-explain, seems that slow aging brain of yours is not working again.. ;)

in a close fight where it can go either way, you need not to complain especially if you are the loser whose idol couldnt keep his horizontal stand on the floor.... not only once but 4 times kissing the canvass and holding that rope for dear life :rofl:rofl:rofl whats difficult to comprehend, pacteron?? :good

    wikipidea i guess

DAMN! we are on the 9th page and i wouldn't be surprised if we hit the 125th page...

    No problem. The truth remains...

1)pac is the #1 p4p and this is not due to corruption, ok with you divac?!

2)this two classic matches will the most significant fights of JMM's resume.
Not his win over MAB, nor ultra PRIME casa but this classic duel between PAC and JMM finally put JMM in the limelight!

This classic duel gave MORE RESPECT to JMM than his win over mab or casa. Lets not get into details of JMM's resume coz there is not much to extract compared with three guys like, pac, morales and mab..

Like I said this fight gave more respect to JMM than any other fights he did!
