What haters...??? I believe most boxing fans will see that the KLiT FLiP robbed us of the fight they really wanted to see. WLaD vs Haye.
What haters?? Surely you gest....and if Wlad fought Haye, he is protcting Vitali...and if Vitali fights Haye, win or lose, he's protecting Wlad .......sound familier????
I'm afraid Vitali will not get much respect for beating Haye, because Vitali is the favorite going into this fight. He's the naturally bigger more tested heavyweight, beating the smaller man is what he's supposed to do. If Haye beats Vitali, then Haye proves himself as the real deal at heavyweight and then if someone beats him they get the props.
Vitali can only go so far resume wise at this point. He is too old and has been injured too much of his career. I'm afraid haye isnt going to do much to increase his legacy. Vitali will always be one of those guys ranking lower on the ATG list but always feared h2h.
Really it is time for Vitali to retire. 2009 needs to be his last year. Drop his belt and fight Haye, then allow Wlad to become undisputed and make his way up the ATG list. Really it is best for Vitali to step aside at this point. Vitali is going to be 40 yrs old this year.
I think Haye is a worthy opponent , there isn't really many more people worth fighting (other than his brother) Beating Haye decisively would warrant much respect in my book.. people forget, he is quite old and the win over Peter is not that big. Beating Haye would be bigger
It'll certainly be a better win than Danny Williams, but it won't be a huge win on his resume, like say a potential Lennox Lewis one.
Vitali is gonna beat the hell out of Haye. I would be surprised if it went passed six rounds. Haye is too short and his weapon is a looping right hand. Vitali and his goofy in and out upper body movement while throwing shots down the middle will KO hay in 4. Haye should have only called out Wlad because he would have had a shot. Wlad is able to be caught by a looping right hand. Haye would have had a slight chance in that fight. In a fight with Vitali there is NO CHANCE.
Nah, he shouldnt get that much, Haye is the one with every thing to win. I just would like to see Haye crawling around on the canvas, I dont know what it is about that guy I just dont like him.
