Gatti vs Gomez and Margarito vs Williams was the same thing only not PPV. One was in Atlantic City and one in Carson, both on HBO.
Maybe the countless advertisements for this card all are subject to the same typo and it's really Pavlik vs Cotto and Rubio vs Jennings. It that case I'll happily shell out the $49.99.
a rational promoter would have it as one PPV with two different sites. However, it seems to be seperate PPV buys. I would be extremely hessitant to buy it if it was sold as a single card, and would not even think about it if it was sold seperately. Why watch Pavlik and Cotto beat the dog **** out of two tomato cans. I'll wait to see the results on the ESPN ticker.
Pavlik vs Rubio isn;t as bad as people make it out.At least Rubio is a ranked contender unlike Jennings.
Cotto fights in AC. Kelly fights in Ohio. One PPV price for both fights in different locations. Whats so hard to understand here? They hooked up these 2 fights because both guys are coming off their 1st loss. Sounds like a good night of boxing, as long as its a cheap PPV price.
They did. They also turned down a Rubio fight a few times. Pav has to fight Rubio. He's the WBC mandatory. We get both main events from two different locations on one PPV. It's not an HBO production. It is a Top Rank production that On Demand will feature. The price I saw was $39.95. Oh -- and by the way -- Hi Pimp. Long time no see.
