This would be a ****ing hilarious fight. Benn murders the poor *******. Absolutely ****ing murders him. Can you imagine how intimidated Pavlik would be before the opening bell:rofl Benn was one scary mofo.
But yet was able to get off the deck to beat McClellan. He took what Eubank could throw at him and proved he was still dangerous whilst hurt. :deal
taylor almost stopped pavlik so ithink benn would deffinetly have the power to stop pavlik benn would have to get around pavliks jab tho and get inside with his classic bobbing and weaving and turn it into a war
Posters like this TITan always wants to throw up either Benn or Eubank to get a rise out of a bunch of "Pavlik dies in round one" when somebody like Collins whipped both they asses. KO"D Benn twice if I'm not mistaken? So I feel Pavlik could atleast stand a good chance ffs.
And neither of those were faded/shot? Benn was more of a shell than DLH was against Pac - Eubank was gun-shy from 1991 onwards... though he should have beaten Collins. Collins even admitted that he would have had a rough night beating either of those, and also said that Benn punched harder than anyone he ever faced.
Benn was shot when he fought Collins so those fights means nothing. Benn vs Collins = RJJ vs Calzaghe just to put in to perspective. We are talking about fantasy match up when Benn was a MW and at his best. Benn would destroy Pavlik in a round.
Well Benn's chin improved dramatically when he moved up to super middle. I've cited Benn as an example many times, when trying to convince people that a fighter who struggles to make weight, can have his punch resistance suffer by dehydrating so much.
