    Pacquiao by wide UD/mid-round stoppage.

Berto is a hypejob, albeit still a decent fighter - size isn't everything in boxing.

I dont know how anyone could pick Berto at this stage, he hasnt even come close to the top level ay 147 yet, Michael Jennings is probably a more established welterweight, and you expect him to be able to deal with pac? he wont have a clue what to do!! Pac late stoppage!!!!

Pac isn't even a welter weight, and in this case size is everything if it was not Roach, would be campaigning Pac as a welter not a Jr welter. I don't see pac beating any of the top 10 welters.

You've got to be kidding. Berto holds absolutely every single possible advantage over Pac. Speed, power, size, strength... Stamina probably close to even as both are very strong in this regard.

Berto is a natural and prime welterweight, not a shot Oscar struggling with the weight.

There is a good reason why Roach doesn't want to fight any true welters...

    Berto would bully him.

    Berto brutal KO.

Replace the zombie that Pacman was facing in De La Hoya and replace that with Berto. A young, hungry, extremely talented and maybe the fastest handed fighter in the game who can actually punch back instead of taking a beating like a girl.

Good post. For some reason Berto is horribly under rated on these boards for reasons unknown??

Well, not unknown. The guy is pretty predictable in his attack. And he just comes rushing in with little regard to defense many times. Heck, Forbes stunned him a couple of times by just timing him and placing his fist out there for him to run into. His chin is questionable to some extent. He's got amazing raw talent but with such a predictable style, someone "elite" will expose him if he doesn't polish his game more. That's why the Collazo fight is looked on as a real test for him.

c'mon, berto is not even in the same league as pac. berto simply has a chance due to his size. but p4p, pac will simply outclass him being the much better fighter. you ppl are way under-rating an already certified ATG and elite in pac.

DLH was obviously not his old self. I know you have to credit some of that to Manny's footspeed and hand speed but come on, DLH isn't THAT bad of a fighter. The lower weight obviously affected him. You put THAT version of DLH against Berto and Berto probably KO's him.

Agreed. Pacman isn't staying at WW for no good reason. Roach knows this much.

It would be a damn good fight and as raw as Berto is right now he wins it.

I doubt Collazo will win more than 3 rounds.

the keyword here is probably. let berto prove himself first against an elite fighter in his division before being even considered as probably competitive to the most elite of them all, the current p4p king.
