you're joking.....right. Calzaghe chased him all night and if hoppy didn't ***** out in the 10th with the fake low blow bull****, Calzaghe might very well have stopped him as hoppy had nothing left at that point. the five minute rest was total bs. and people want to call a whining cheating ***** like hopkins an atg..

Yes. Only clear and precise punches in the fight.

When you hit a man below the belt for the second time, and then "make rabbit reactions" to cheer the fans ??

Ottke in Calzaghes place - everybody would praise Hopkins for the win !!

Hi SAS2. You're a fool. You seem to have some personal issue against BHop. Nearly stopped him? Yeah it was pretty tight there for a while. You're a fool. How many solid punches did slappy land in this fight? Point me to a round/time, can you?. You're a fool. Could you reference a passage that illustrates Joe's 'domination'? You know where he's really got Hop holding on? Youre a fool. You are absolutely right to question Hopkins' ATG cred. What has he ever done. Calzaghe top 10 P4P ever, doncha think? Don't you just love a good huff of clag with your breakfast? You're a fool.

First off, what the **** are "rabbit reactions":huh

If you are talking about when Hop took his break in the 10th, then i suggest you watch it again. Calzaghe reacted to an impatient majority British crowd, ( heckling Hop for taking a break from the action) to show that he was ready to continue. Hardly showboating, especially when your the only man on your feet at the time.

Against Jones, yes he showboated, and for me too much, but considering what Roy did to fighters that didnt belong on 3 levels below him ( And in the 1st and 2nd Rnd against Calzaghe), I didnt lose sleep over it.

It's a strange and new accusation to throw at Calzaghe that he was showboating in the Hopkins fight, but each to their own.

You can write all the bull**** you want but it wont make any difference. The only way this arguement gets settled is a rematch. Bernard has offered to go to Wales to fight Joe, therefore giving him home advantage and every other advantage. Why hasnt Joe accepted?? To me the answer is crystal clear Joe knows next time Bernard will knock him out and BANG goes Joes legacy.
Trouble is his legacy is already tarnished Joe is NOT the super fighter he caims he is this just cements the deal

It was clear that Calzaghe wasn't comfortable in this hes first fight in US. He had hes worst performance ever. Calzaghe showing off in a disgraceful way to try to gain some respect. Calzaghe, the fans and Enzo knew it. By no mean a great Hopkins win, but anyway a Calzaghe lose.
As stated before - Time will tell.

Calzaghe - Jones? Well someone had it coming - il guess!!

I agree - problem is that Hopkins did land near enough. Kessler also landed the best shots on Calzaghe, but not enough of them. Calzaghe won 9-3 or 8-4.

If Hopkins could knock Joe out, why didnt he when he had him standing in front of him, in his ring, with his judges and with his ref...
