Mike would be Undisputed, Undefeated, Defending Heavyweight Champion of the World and universally recognized as the best pound for pound fighter in the World.

Tyson was good but no way would he beat 55 men in the ring at once.

Vitali or Vlad would have knocked Tyson out. Lewis did it also, not to mention Holyfield. Tyson was a great fighter, but did not beat anyone as good as the Klitschkos.

He would face lots of different styles that could give him problems. Ibragimov and Byrd especially would be interesting. Brewster and Sanders and Rahman and Peter. Klitschko has very good resume.

So you think he would have beaten Holyfield and Lewis easily?

One thing is for sure. Tyson fough far better opposition than Wlad.

And skillwise, Tyson could do more than just pawing with his jab and bore people to death like Wlad does.

    Klitschko has a good resume?

Brock, Thompson, Chambers, blown-up middleweight Byrd, Rahman, Fabio Moli.

    Great resume indeed!

Tyson on the other hand had at least some good contenders and champs such as Holy, Ruddock, Thomas, Tucker, Bruno.

While not all of them are absolute greats, they are certainly better than Brock etc.

The Tyson of the late 80s would have coped far better with Holy and Lewis.

A prime Tyson would have beaten Wlad and probably would have knocked him out. Wlad has problems with pressure fighters who are quick and know how to move, so Tyson would have given him lots of problems.

A fight with Vitali is a tough call, as his chin and toughness are unique.

I'm trying to match Tyson with Wlads opponents and I see very interesting match ups, fights that I would have loved to see. Tyson vs Byrd to see how Tyson handles his style. Tyson vs Sanders to see how Tyson deals with fast southpaw counters. Tyson vs Brewster an all out brawl. Tyson vs Rahman or Peter and Tyson vs Ibragimov that would be awesome. Thomson and Brock do not interest me that much but they would still be nice fights. All in all Wlad has an awesome resume.

I think Tyson would be up against it in some of those fights. I'd favour him to win them all however.
