If this fight happens and Winky is not too rusty, he would school Williams.

Either way, I'm looking forward to it. Even a possibly rusty Winky is a formidable challenge for Williams and I want to see if Williams can get away with his "pot-shots" or if Winky will keep him 'honest' with his very tight D and excellent counter-punching.

This is all about Winky. Will he be like is old nemesis Bronco McKart, who came back extremely faded after a long lay off? Or, can he still fight at the same level he was at when he held JT to a draw? That's the question.

If this fight actually happens, I like Winky all the way! Especially at 160.

Nothing that Winky does will prevent Williams from throwing 100 punches a round. If Williams does throw 100 punches he will win most of the rounds. I see this as a rather easy fight for Williams. If Winky wants a shot to win hes going to have to come out of his shell and be agressive.

Yes, that most certainly IS the question. I am banking on the fact that Winky will at least be 70% of what he once was, and if that proves true, I like Winky in a decisive points victory.

I know I am in the minority here, and I know Winky has had a long layoff, but he is a much better fighter than Williams.

If Winky can perform at the level he was at against JT, he'll win a wide UD. I just have questions about how much Winky has left.

Contrary to popular belief, I did not think Winky looked as bad as many felt he looked against Hopkins. I also thought both Winky and Hopkins were being grossly underrated in the aftermath of that fight, and I think subsequent events have helped vindicate this viewpoint.

I am going to gamble and say that Winky is at least 70% of what he was against Taylor, and on that guess, I like Winky by a clear UD regardless.

I also think Williams is being grossly overrated around here. People seem to forget how awful he looked against Quintana.

Winky by UD. Unless he has deteriorated and aged badly. The Winky that BEAT Taylor beats any fighter in the world at 160lbs and below, even today.

Agreed, except I did have Winky-Taylor as a draw, I believe.

I really don't think Winky wants to fight anymore. I doubt this fight materializes.

ewww, PW's gets exposed by Winky in this fight. Only way PW pulls this off is if Winky is rusty/old.

winky in his prime might of won a close one, but it's hard to say now after the long layoff. i'd go with a pw UD 12.
