What kind of power did he possess, in your opinion?

Who's the most durable man he could put away?

    Best fight showing his power?

Agree. His power and his killer instinct...Kayos of Davey Boy Green and Andy price were very good.

It sucked if you were Dave Green though. Green was 4 years past his best and had already been ko'd twice by Palomino and Hansen. When I was a kid I used to live and die with Green's fights. Putting him in with Leonard was just wrong.

I would say the most durable fighter he could put away would be Roberto Duran.

Good power, especially with his left hook, at 147 lbs, and excellent finishing skills.

    Kidding.

I would say he could stop Mayorga, Cotto, James Page, Tszyu, Chavez, Hatton... that's off the top of my head. I know some are Jr. welters, but all but one has challenged for the welterweight title.

He had good power, and Davey Green was his best showing. He could probably take out Floyd jr and Trinidad too.

Very respectable for a lower weight. He was kind of a mid size fighter which meakes him more adaptable to both smaller and taller fighters, both of whom he could hurt. Equally adept in using both the right and left. His uppercuts a dangerous weapon also.

Leoard actually started out as a power puncher in the amateurs ... his hand problems made him adjust his style ... he was a very good puncher ... many of his victories were impressive ... look at his KO of light heavyweight champ Donny LaLonde ... brutal ...

He could barely take out Floyd Sr. I would pick him to best Floyd Sinclair by UD.

Barely? He dominated and stopped Sr. in dazzling fashion. He took his time in getting warmed up, but once he did the fight was not competitive, and Leonard was clearly in control the entire way through.

Also, while Jr. was the better fighter by far, Sr. was bigger and offered a lot of stylistic similarities to Jr., except that Jr. was more defensive-minded. So, while being more skilled and defensive minded, you figure that would give him the clear edge stylistically as far as lasting the distance goes, but I'm not so sure. Leonard was at his best against defensive stylists because they allowed him to fight at his pace. He rarely needed time to get warmed up against them the way he did when the opponent pressed the fight. He showed this in the best performance of his career (IMO) against Benitez, when he constantly beat him to the draw, out-jabbed him, countered him, and eventually turned on killer mode. I think a fight with Mayweather Jr. would be the same way, especially over 15 rounds.
