Ricky is a straight ahead, bombs away fighter who cuts weight to make 140. He is too strong for Pac. Manny should enjoy the glow and warmth of his defeat of Oscar because it will suddenly cool when he steps in against Hatton.
I think Pacquiao taking on Hatton reflects his ambition and warrior mentality, because there is no way this fight is going to be easy for either of them. These guys will engage in a war - this one will cut their boxing lives very short.
Hatton is faster on his feet and hands than David Diaz. Manny has improved immensely with his technique. I think the PAC disposes the brawler.
Pacman will destroy Hatton from the outside and he will pick him off at will when Hatton lunges in.This will be much tougher than the Hoya fight - if Hatton goes down he will go down swinging unlike the golden boy but i see a similar outcome.Pacman tko 9
I thoroughly disgaree. Pac has become quite the counterpuncher and has terrific head movement and use of angles. Pac bloodies Hatton's face inside of 8 rounds.
Agreed. He is a dangerous fight, but Manny will get his kudos if he wins as I rather think he will do. Plus, you can't criticise a guy for wanting to take high risk bouts.
Hatton is going to get his fat face beaten like a butcher tenderizing a piece of meat. Manny is too fast with his hands and slight of foot to fall prey to the club fighting way of Elmer Fudd Fatton. Probably after after he gets outclasses for 6 rnds he will run around the ring like a confused boy swinging wildly and get knocked into the ringpost.
Dear me what an educated post why don't we see more of these on here... Both guys are a dangerous fight for the other in the final analysis but as I stated you can't knock a guy for taking a dangerous fight.
i think its gonna be a much more competitive fight than the ODH. However, the size difference here is literally none existant so its less of a challenge in that sense for manny. But i think people are getting far too carried away about the ODH fight. I give props to manny for his performance but ODH did nothing in that fight, he was old and messed up the weight. Not only that, but who was ODH in the welterweight division?? no1 he hadnt fought there for over a decade, which is why i believe manny should concentrate on 140 and 135. Anyway i think this fight is gonna be very competetive and very entertaining, both men are in with a shot to win.
