Anyone thinks he's the modern version of pryor?

Manny has almost the identical aggressive, pressure style that pryor had, pryor threw punches alot, just like manny.

    Your thoughts?

Good comparison. I think Manny's a lot faster, and he seems to be getting better and better in all facets, but damn Pryor's workrate was amazing and he was tough mother.

Yea, Pryor had a little more power, that's why he wasn't that much fast.

both of these athletes were like dempsey (their style) :yep.

@ 140, pryor probably had the best offense of any fighter in that weight. he would try knocking you down from the first to the last round. he took some mammoth shots from alexis arguello in both fights and never went down. i have arguello and tszyu dead even and were almost mirror images of each other. manny would of been a very tough challenge for aaron, but he would of probably laughed while getting clocked by manny's punches and lured manny into a war and i could see the hawk getting stunned acouple of times, but just like jmm would connect with 123 combos and stun manny pretty bad, aaron would finish the job and probably force a stoppage. manny an awkward fighter, but aaron one of the few that would match him punch for punch and might overpower manny. aaron was also a giant killer himself, so these little giants were cut from the same thread. pacman actually reminds me of both pryor and duran

not many people know this, but "The Hawk" is actually blackanese, half japanese and half black. i always wondered if he'd be considered one of the best asian fighters as well, he is part asian, but probably not:huh

That's because arguello's power never went up to 140, his real power is at 126/130.

He might have asian in him (his *****ed eyes and his small height :rofl :yep).

must have been the main reason why he has the 'harakiri' attitude whenever he fights, kind of like fighting harada and any other great japanese boxing champs

btw do you have a source?
