Hauser was partly correct. I was a Hamed fan at the time. We wanted to see Hamed fight Norwood, Marquez, Barrera, Morales and others. His comp was ok, but Hamed did show he could fight as he defeated Kelley. Was Hamed great? Close but no cigar. I have PAc in the same boat. Duran has a clear win over Leonard in his prime as does Sugar Leonard over Hearns. PAc nor Hamed have these types of wins yet their fans call them great. :nono

Exactly. Dinamita won't enter this thread again lol. This was just another total exlaxation on him by me, and I never mean to do that to guys like him lol... You should read what he posted and how he came to the conclusion that Bungu was Hamed's best victory lol...

I wish just once that you would read my post and think before opening your Calzaghe cumguzzler of a mouth and embarrassing yourself and wasting my time.

Wow lol... This was a sick thought.

IMO there's a difference between Pac's and Hamed's resume. Pacquiao has clear, convincing performances against Barrera, Morales and Oscar and arguably won the second fight against JMM (although I had it 114-113 for Marquez) and we have to mention his victory against Sasakul as well. At the same time he went through 9 divisions!!! This is truly something spectacular.

I also loved Hamed's style but I am convinced that Morales, Marquez and Pacquiao all had the style and discipline to beat a prime Hamed. Pacquiao would have probably stopped him.

No, I am not a Pac "nuthugger", for a long time I thought he is overrated and overhyped, but I just can't see Naz avoiding his straight left...

Whilst I also agree with most of Daft P's post, no way would Pacman (at FW where he was far more wild) stop Naz, if anyone's getting stopped in that fight it's Pacman as he gets caught by a Naz haymaker as he tries to flurry.

He was too open at FW. I'd pick him to win a decision against the Naz that lost to Barrera, but agaisnt prime Naz it's 50-50.

A fight between PAc and Naz would've been a good one. Styles make fights. Anyway, Dinamita thinks that because of Bungu's credentials, Bungu was Naz's best win. No, you don't go by a fighters credentials all of the time. You can't. Fans won't come out and say Bungu was Naz's best win. That wasn't even a fight. Naz might've got hit with one punch. I've heard of domination, but that was ridiculous. HBO criticized Bungu's performance afterward, and dick rode PAc during the fight. Hop dominated Pav, but Pav got his licks in. Bungu might've landed 1 punch the whole fight lol.

Bungo wasn't shot just inactive, and what a fighters does in his career or his credentials can never be the sole reason why one should say bungu was Hamed's best win. Usually when a fighter has an even matched opponent in front of him, and beats him is when you judge who was that fighters best win. You don't look at resume's and make your case lol... This way of looking at things does not apply to all fighters. Good thing it is only your opinion lol...

Well, whilst I can see what you mean Nallege, I think Bungu barely threw anything because he was terrified about what was coming back. I think that would've been the same at 122, Hamed was a fearsome puncher.

I wish there wasn't so many poster-rivalries in here lol!

however, this has been a decent discussion.

What do you think of the Alicea win Nallege? Did Naz ruin him or was he always an average fighter?

Yes, it has been. I am proud of the fact I have never lost an argument with you, and I know I never will. You simply don't have the brain for it. Sometimes I get PM'd by people who think I am too hard on you, but you do ask for it by continually insulting me and speaking about me when I'm not online. You keep on starting on me, I will keep finishing you.

    Till next time :hi:

No-one says Pac is as great as Duran or Leonard, but he is still a great.

I have heard you say Joe Calzaghe is a great - please tell me, what is his Duran-Leonard/Leonard-Hearns style victory which proves his greatness??

FAIL!!!...If Bungu was a true champion and he was, he wouldn't have come in intimidated with his credentials lol. He was rusty and tailor made for Hamed. When we talk about best opponents, you have no clue. Coming in Bungu and Johnson had the credentials as to who could give Naseem a fight. Unfortunately both failed miserably. Both were dominating wins. I certainly won't call a man who fought at 122 a better win over a guy at 126 whose credentials were just as good. FAIL!

FAIL again lol! Bungu was coming from 122. He has a win over McKinney at 122. Find out what happened to McKinney when he came to 126 lol...

Fail! Bungu was off for over a year and looked horrible. His style was tailor made for Hamed and with the time off, Bungu made Hamed look much better than the credit he should've been given. Sanchez didn't have half the credentials Bungu had and he lumped Hamed up. He gave a betterfight to Hamed than Bungu. The way you came up with your pathetic analysis was done on paper. I watch what happens in the ring lol... Not everyone who has the credentials on paper is the best win for everyone. In many cases it is, but not Hamed's.

FAIL! lol. I know more about guys like Norwood than guys like you because I'm their age. What weight did they fight at??? lol. I boxed during their time, and even I know Norwood . Norwood was up and coming at the time Bungu lost to him so whatchutalkinabout....MR!

Fail again lol. Because Bungu was coming from 122, had an awkward style which played right into Hamed's hands lol. Johnson was a classic boxer with a jab who could probably befuddle Hamed and his awkward style. I wish these boards were alive then so we could've seen what you would've posted on this fight, and your prediction lol... I'm betting it would've been a joke. Just as you called PAc-Dlh lol. No chance Dinamita lol... You didn't see the McKinney-Bungu fights lol. I know you didn't lol...

Fail again. We are only caring about the number of defenses both had going in to their fight with Hamed. You probably weren't watching boxing then...I was watching and boxing then lol. What was done before they won their titles, and after they lost their titles has nothing to do with the time and momentum both had going into their fights with Hamed. Fail yet again Mr!

Fail again! Yeah, and that Bungu came from 122 while Johnson was at 126. Nobody thought Bungu would give Hamed trouble. It might've been different talk had Bungu not been so inactive. Johnson was given a fair chance by critics to outbox Hamed. When talk of a Hamed Bungu fight came about, all they talked about was his inactivity and bungu coming to 126.

Fail again. Justification...worthless...!!!??? These are your words, not mine. You are pathetic lol. I'm telling you why Bungu was not Hamed's best win. He didn't give Hamed a fight! On paper it looks that way to guys like you, but the same could be said for Johnson and his credentials. I named Johnson... and I named 2-3 other fighters who could be considered also as Hamed's best win. I truly believe the only reason you named Bungu as Hamed's best win is because you don't know any of Johnson's comp except for Medina. You named McKinney and Romero as Bungu's best wins lol. Romero came up in weight to fight Bungu and gave him a fight.

Fail for the umpteenth time lol! Discredting wins...your words lol. What are you even rumbling about now!!!??? lol:rofl We are talking about Bungu and his more than one year layoff. Vitali, Kostya...came in fighting inferior guys. Bungu was coming in fighting Hamed lol. Winky-Williams is not in stone yet, and Winky has not proven anything yet in terms of coming back from a layoff.

Fail again. This is about as pyschotic a thought as I've ever read lol...Wikipedia/googler, what does this have anything to do with anything if the fight ended in 3 rounds...!!!??? Good God lol...!

Fail AGAIN! lol. My God the lunacy does get worse.

People PM you??? Hahahahahahahahahahaha...lol. The reason why I kept this thread alive for a couple of days is because I've literally embarrassed you and your way of thinking and you know it lol. I've constantly embarrassed your way of thinking for a while now, and I exposed it in this thread. You had a better argument for your boy Pac when we argued about who is pfp best lol. I've utterly embarrassed you, and you felt it too...what I did to you was like a bee stinging you on your ass on a hot summer night lol... Bzzzzzzzzzzz...lol:rofl You clung to Steve Robinson and made a whole paragraph wikipedia and googling him lol.
