Lewis eats Holmes jab all night long.

Holmes. Better, snappier, more efficient jab, speed, and footwork.

I'd pick Holmes as well. Better jab, better chin, and could go 15.

Lennox by KO in 9 or 10.
Lewis is second only to Ali in the heavyweights

Disagree. There was at least a half dozen of fighters that would have beaten Lewis coming from the 70's. Foreman to be one of them.

    Holmes via UD.

Larry would be able to take the big shots Lewis lands and he has better stamina and JAB.

If you look at the fights in which Lewis struggled, Mercer and Klitschko spring to mind Lewis was often outjabbed.

Holmes would i believe outjab Lewis often and he had the technical skills to capitalise on Lewis is Lewis tried to march in like he did with Vitali.

Ali, Jimmy Young, Ron lyle, maybe chavers if Lewis makes mistake like he did with Rahman and the atomic bull. There was also Renaldo Snipes that could have had a good chance and a prime Carl Williams. These are fighters I believe that could upset him, but I also feel he would beat each one of them with a rematch except for prime Ali.
