has anyone got any info on paulie malignagii....I know some of u jerkoffs will say yeah,..he is a tranny blah blah blah...any real fans hear anything relevant About his dfuture plans...maybe put a brooklyn clash together with Zab
I have been saying over and over that a fight between Paulie and Zab needs to happen, its a resonable fight for both fighters, their style will make for a great battle and will be a huge sucess in New York.
I agree, Zab is a good fight for him to springboard back to the top. There's still opportunity for him at 140. Could Paulie even make 135? Maybe fights there for him.
He has become a hair dresser. Seriously he should fight Zab on ESPN or something.I'd like to see him against Holt or Hopkins aswell.
As big a fan of Hatton as I am, I do feel Paulie was let down by his team. He was totally unprepared for Hatton and it's not like it's a surprise that Hatton moves in quickly and is extremely strong, things which Paulie said surprised him. He certainly could have executed a better plan but what's done is done.
I wouldn't expect him back till the spring. Judah will be a nice fight for him sometime next year. I'm not sure if Paulie could win another belt.
after all the pre-fight bravado against Hatton I'm pretty sure he'll be keeping a low profile and just enjoying the holidays. Hopefully he makes a swift return, he seems like a decent guy.
laugh it up I know i WOULD BE IF HE WON my main concern is his hands not hi sheart or will...he proved that vs cotto and hatton...but when u can't throw right hands...u can not beat top level fighters...he will beat zab with good hands in a good fight
I think he was doing well actually and he got blasted by that right hand as he was throwing an uppercut...the fight went downhill from there...props to hatton...i still will hate buddy for life for stopping that fight tho
I wouldnt mind seeing paulie in with either zab or Witter. Doesnt have to be the end of the road for Paulie, he's got good skills, more than decent chin and will give everyone at 140(cept Pac and hatton) a tricky night. He doesnt have to spark people to be competitive.
I don't think it would have made that much difference who he would have had..... but the corner advice was awful. To beat Hatton you need to do more than just jab and move - be prepared for the oncoming opponent and be prepared to use the forearms, elbows, the ****ing lot. Floyd showed a masterclass in cheating and being able to get away with it - congrats to him.
