The rumours are rife that Abraham will leave the middleweights at some point in the near future.

Does he have a future at 168, is he a danger to all the current champions or someone specifically?

I think he will be in top 5 with Bute, Kessler, and Taylor.

Offcourse,he is an elite fighter,I suspect moving up 8 lbs will help him more than anything.
He might even become undisputed champ with a bit of luck.

If he wants to make the big money he will have to go looking for some bigger opponents.

I think he'll definately make a splash, itll be intresting to see how he handles the extra poundage. He i a massive middleweight but will be fighting naturaly bigger men at 68, he wont be able to bully the guys at super middle like he has done at middle.

He should stay at 160 for the time being and try and secure the Pavlik fight, a win there would provide more leverage in negotiations when he moves up.

Definitely. I'm not sure he could get past Kessler, but he'd knock Taylor and Bute the f*&k out. Abraham v Andrade would be a barnburner.

He seems quite beefy already do you think moving up in will slow him down or just give him more power?

He looked comfortable against Miranda at 166, so he might be even stronger at 168. I agree that a fight against Andrade would be very intriguing.

what bothers me is his inactivity when he shells up, it might work in germany and when he can knock an opponent out, but i'd bet on kessler UD 12 against him.

He'd KO Bute, and give all the rest a good fight and is definately champion material at 168.

He's generally not shown himself to be active enough to favor him in a decision over the likes of Bute, Taylor, or Kessler.

His activity will give him problems against Pavlik well; he'd almost have to score a KO to overcome Pavlik's workrate advantage at 160.
