I couldn't agree more this so called "most feared man on the planet" is turning down a career high payday at a chance for redemption...what joke. Margo can't carry Hagler's spitbucket.

Why can't most of us agree on the fact that Mayweather is :

1- An outstanding boxer, on talent alone, he's easily top 20 of all time on my list.

2- He did all he had to do to enhance his ATG status up to the point he arrived at 140.

3- From 140 lbs on, he might have fought for the linear titles, etc. but certainly not the best fighters available to make him reach another platform as to his greatness in the sport.

4- He has already admitted himself, as talked about here, that he doesn't care about fighting the best out there, just wants to make the most money possible.

5- Why should he fight Margarito now ? Because Margarito is the man to beat at 147 and if his legacy does count for you PBF fans, then you should seriously push for such a fight !!

I agree with you. The problem with the two side is your a hater or a nuthugger. If you don't think he is the greatest your a hatter. If you say anything positive your a hugger. What no one wants to admit is that PBF falls somewhere in the middle.

A talent individual that could have done more but didn't. Didn't love the sport and saw it as a way to a flashy lifestyle. He was one of the best at 140 but did what he had to do at higher weight to get the biggest payday and leave.

Pimp C, Scar, Eze, and whoever else would like to **** on Margarito, just remember my screen name coz if Mayweather and Margarito ever get it on and Margarito ends up winning, then you guys will never live it down so you can enjoy your little funtime now because its all good. And I bet you that ***** wont even end up fighting margo so I guess you mayweather ballhuggers will have more interesting **** to continue to talk about. It's ok to **** on who Margarito has fought but you only got to look at the way that Margarito goes about his work in the ring. He shows up to fight each and everytime time and he is willing and prepared to fight the best and he showed this by taking a fight with Williams when nobody wanted a part of him, he already called out DLH and PBF, who both bitched out and made up whatever excuses so that they could palm him to the side, and he has always shown heart so as far as boxing is concerned he is good for the sport and we need more margarito's. You can chat all the breeze you want but we will wait to see what happens, as I said talk is cheap, put ur money where your mouth is. Where is Fitzgerald, I want him to put his money where his mouth is, he said Mosley is going to Stop Margarito. Where are you man, put your money where your mouth is...Ill be waiting to take your money...come sunday, the day after. Tired of talking, I just want to see action in the ring, you guys spirting out your carefully constructed paragraphs thinking you are some kind of boxing guru's on this site. Come on, Im more concernedc about seeing the fight happen and Ill be prepared to talk after I see the result...because right now all this back and forth **** aint moving us one step closer to making any fight happen so your wasting your time in trying to convince me about Margarito's lack of accomplishments. Margarito is a man that will shock a lot of people, just wait and see...give him time. And as for the arch rival nemesis stuff you know exactly what I am talking about but you choose to be dumb about it. Who else in the boxing world should Mayweather be fighting away from someone who is physically and mentally more than capable of causing Floyd a problem. Who else, Floyd has never had a true challenge yet at 147 and this is an opinion which many would be able to see as fact considering all of the other top WW out there. And I bet you all you will be able to come back with is Margarito's lack of achievements, his failure to rematch a man who beat him and the same old garbage that you seem to be able to obtain. Predicatable responses...your not Floyd fans for nothing...

You showed me where you got your facts from, your facts were incorrect bruv,

care to say what you said earlier in the forum.

Some **** about boxing is the 2nd most popular sport in the world...

You got checked on that and you got shut down.

Nobody was getting personal, you just came along thinking you was some kind of university graduate with all the knowledge in the world with your incorrect facts and you got shot back down to earth when you found out you was incorrect.

Other ESB members even presented you with correct information to show you that your facts were bogus.

And as I told you before, I state my own opinions.
That is what a forum is all about.
If you like to bring up records, statistics, rankings thats upto you but I havent got time to scour the internet to do that. I have a massive boxing fight archive of video footage to refer to and structure my opinion from what I perceive of fighters in the ring.

I just like to see what people think about different things, their own opinions,

you can spout facts all you want but It does not mean **** if **** is not happening in regards to the right fights being made for the sport to keep moving forward.

My opinion wont change until the situation does, Mayweather is the most talented of boxers for the past decade or 2 or 3 but in my own opinion he doesn't want a challenge, he wants a walk in the park, easy big money fights against lesser opposition. I cant respect a man who does that after claiming to be the best and glorifying his skill level and downgrading his opponents. What type of man who used to be p4p the best would not want to challenge his ability ? why can you not see the point im making. People on here just want to gloss this over with factual information about why margarito's achievements does not match up to floyds but all this is irrelevant because at some point in Margarito's career so far he has shown the balls to take risks, so so what if he has not got round to rematching the man who beat him, the most important thing in this whole situation is that he had the ballls in the first place to take on these risky fights, which is something that a p4p champion should be doing but yet he acts like a %ussy when it comes to facing a real challenge and Floyd chooses to name names who should not even be getting our attention...and if you want to ask me what names then just go look at his record from the time he started at 147...Some say he does not need to clear up the division, well if hes not going to do that then he should stop wanting to claim a spot as the greatest of all time because he wont be unless he takes on a true challenge, a real live opponent who can match him for stamina, workrate, heart, desire to win, strong will to not give in and any other attributes that would make Floyd be in a real fight. Even if Margarito ends up being outclassed at least Mayweather at 147 would have laid it all on the line and I just think its a waste of talent to not want to fight the best. He just does'nt want any part of Margo because he knows the risk factor of taking that fight. He is prone to hurting his hand and if he hurt his hand in that fight I doubt he would survive if fighting one handed for the most part of the fight. it would be a replica of the 1st Castillo fight but with Floyd getting his entire ribcage handed back to him...

    I'll take the bait.

Until Margarito fights a man who had to beg him to fight and then whipped his ****in ass in his own backyard... He might be YOUR man.. but he is not THE MAN at 147.:nono
