I'm not saying you did it, but the diehard Floyd haters.

The ones who type Gayweather over and over. Blame Floyd for the zoo fighting not happening.

Again, Margarito is not a P4P phenomenom like Floyd claims to be.
Touching off- topic here, if you wanna go by those "rules" we have to bang up Floyd to 172lbs to shine against Manny Pacquiao who started out at 106(96 with stones in his pockets).

Again, that was off- topic, Margarito will never be a p4p phenom, he's not weight drained at 147lbs, it would clearly ****ing show after his grueling battles at that weight.

    5'11, a perfect height for 147lbs.

Harris is inconsistent, no doubt about it. But he was dangerous back then. He is one of those good fighters that if he got the big chance back then when in his prime and on the up could have posed problems for anyone at 140. Harris was tall, talented, excellent jab and left hook and endurance, floyd would have been favored big but it could have been a complicated assignment. Far more challenging than what Bruseles offered.

He was boring and ran against Baldomir, but he had an excuse for running in that fight. Let's see him fight a fighter who stands at 5'11 who can give angles unlike Baldomir who was a joke to the lineage championship. :smoke

I just love the way you put things lol, its just brutal honesty but its the truth

Floyd fully well knows that Margarito is one dangerous Umbre and he does not want anything to do with him and he never will.

He doesn't want to chance it incase his arse gets handed back to him on a plate...

5'11 is tall for 147 and you know it. Most 147 fighters are 5'8 or 5'9. Margo is a big welter and is tall for the divison he should really be fighting at 154 but fights at 147 to use his size advantage over smaller fighters but people like you refuse to accept it or admit it. He can't do **** at 154 because he's limited and flawed and without his size advantage he enjoys at 147 he would get his ass kicked sooner than later. BTW you git one thing right we know Margo isn't a P4P phenom he's extremely limited.

    100% in agreement...

He stank out the Joint when he fought Baldomir, Tiger Woods and Winky Wright left before the final bell, that fight was a dreadful showing.

And you are dead right, if he can run from a robotic Baldomir who had only one game plan then what the heck will he do against a guy who throws punches from all angles.

Not really Harris is a head case and a mentally weak fighter. PBF would have broken a guy like him down in 8 rounds or less. Harris was never that good to begin with. Chop Chop Corley was a better fighter than Harris was.

That's exactly why Margarito would be a great feather in Floyds hat at 147lbs.
Can we at least agree on that? :think

I just think Margarito can bring the sort of heat that Floyd ain't never felt before, and let's see if he's as great as he claim he is, he would surely be tested, I think. :good

What good are angles when you don't have the footwork or footspeed to close the distance against a defensive master like PBF?:D

Most certainly and this is a must for the fight community.

A so called great showing that he really does have the bottle to go up against the toughest SOB's in the sport today.

That is all we ask of him as a self prophecised great...

Margarito will bring the heat for sure...

Floyd is hittable, there is no doubt about that its just that when he skips away and sets up, he wont have time to throw more than 1 punch at a time. Margarito would close the distance and tump him up to the body, making sure he lands them right up the middle and Floyds Shoulder role wouldn't save him because Margo would be focusing on assaulting his body not his head...

if Floyd ran for 12 rounds with a low work rate he may find that the judges score it to the aggressor because he has been outpointing people just by pot shotting but I think he will need to do more than just pot shot to hold Margo off. Baldo kept coming forward and he ate loads of straight rights and Floyd even hurt his hand so if he hurts his hand against Margo, it would be curtains mate. Margo would never let Floyd fight him one handed, he would take full advantage of it...
