Im suprised most are picking Pacquiao to win big, I still havent decided yet, its too close to call.

I have a gut feeling its gonna be a close fight, possibly points.

In reality tho, anything can happen in this one, thats why Im looking forward to it + the fact it cannot fail to be exciting.

Cant see it eclipsing EM/MAB I but it could possibly overtake Corrales/Castillo I... possibly, it really will have to live up to expectations & more tho.

    Cant wait :good

I can see Hatton pulling this off and I believe he will be too strong down the stretch, Hatton will look to bully him and Pacquiao is not that elusive as we have seen from JMM fights but Hatton is not JMM so it could go either way.

I think it is an evenly matched fight.
    May the best man win

EDIT: Also I think that with Mayweather Senior in Hattons Corner things could get interesting.

agree! since we are both fans we obviously will be rooting for our favorite boxers!

reasons why I'm leaning towards pac
    - pac is on a roll
-last two fights are impressive wins
-hattons last two fights (wins) are not as impressive as his pre pbf fights
-hatton main weapon is power. what's he use of power if he can't hit the target. yes, of course hatton can hit pac but NOT as MUCH as he wants/intends. PAc to fast for hatton.

reason why the fight is 50/50 IMO
    - hatton never lost at 140lbs..

one thing is for sure. It's going to be war in the ring!

Your in for a big ****in suprise my son. Hatton is leagues above Diaz.

Maybe Hatton will do Pac a favour & knock him out so that he doesnt embarass himself by fighting & getting schooled by Mayweather.

    :think

Either guy winning a close decision victory is the most realistic outcome here. I'd favor Pac personally, but both guys bring things to the table that could give the other fits. So whoever wins, I doubt that they'll win it by more than a 7 rounds to 5 margin on the scorecards.

Should be a great and closely contested fight.

Pac could use the old in & out style for the entire 12 rds but Im not sure he`s smart enough to not get into a brawl..... or..... we could see a re-run of Chavez-Rosario with Hatton in the place of Chavez, cutting off the ring & walking thru the punches of Pacman while pressuring the life out of him & brutalizing his body.

    It will be interesting alright.

Mayweather Sr has his work cut out big time. Hatton is too slow and Pac is too fast. Hatton needs to pin Pac against the ropes and his accuracy has to be better than it has ever been. Pac simply needs to do exactly what hes been doing and theres a good chance he'll get a 8/9 round tko. Hatton needs to train like hes never trained before and he has to massively improve his defence and speed. Only way Hatton wins is by KO

Chavez punch resistance is far better than Hattons. Hatton will get KO'd if he tries to walk through punches Chavez style

Hatton is light years better than Diaz in every way and he lasted a long while with Pac in a ONE WAY fight. Barrera , Morales and Marquez have all gone 12 with Pac, so why cannot the bigger stronger, harder hitting Hatton ? If Barrera can floor Manny and Morales can buzz him , do you honestly think Hatton cannot do the same and more. Manny is great and should win, but this is less of a fore gone conclusion than Manny V Oscar and looked what happened there.

I think Hatton will surprise a lot of people and pull off an upset , by overpowering Manny and stopping him in the mid rounds.

I think it will turn out to be a brawl..... in the centre of the ring. Manny won't be able to use the in and out style for 12 without being up against the ropes at some stage - his trainer has already shown respect for Hatton's ability as a body puncher.....

His best chance would be to try and out-slug Hatton IMO, rather than out-slick him.

We still don't know if Manny can take the shots at the higher weight. De La Hoya never caught him with any clean shots and neither did Diaz. One thing is for sure Hatton will definitely test him even if it means taking 2 or 3 on the way in. So until we see his reaction it's difficult to call. I'm a massive fan of both fighters and can't wait for what will be a very interesting fight. If Pacquiao takes the extra power then he should stop Hatton on cuts as he will catch him all night. I just hope it lives up to the hype and is the great fight we all expect. If it is then **** Mayweather, we could have a trilogy on our hands.
