Thanks, dog! I'm on it. I have to clean my apartment up tonight and have it all set for someone coming over in the morning so I'll probably pop the show on and let the sweet science discussion make the cleaning go a lot faster.

    :thumbsup:thumbsup

"It's not fun to hear the truth about Wlad!!":|....What I am noticing from watching the Wlad-Peter Robbery, is that Wlad tends to hold real high when he clinches. This could be crucial in Arreola's gameplan. That leaves the midsection wide open for some "1 inch" short punches, as Bruce Lee called them, if done fast and quick, before the Ref rescues Wlad.

Sorry Jack...while your point makes sense, unfortunately, it won't go down like that...becuase like you alluded to, the ref will rescue WLAD.

Obviously you've noticed how WLAD likes to hold his opponents making any inside attack useless for the most part, and the way he leans his 245lbs on their back inside the clinch is also taxing.

More interesting than the fact that WALD holds excessively in nearly every fight, is the Rahman fight.

Rahman is a known body/kidney puncher from within the clinch, and quite vicious I might add. As WLAD began to hold at the early moments of their encounter, interestingly enough...the ref started to call for a break every time there was a clinch...:rofl

A notorious holder like WLAD all of the sudden can't clinch, when the opponent has an answer for it.

That had me so pissed off...they'll be right back to letting him hold all night when he's not fighting somebody who chops the body down from the inside. The deck is stacked against WLAD's already overmatched opponents, before they even get a chance to show how overmatched they are.

I saw the Rahman fight live but i didn´t saw much clinching from Wlad. He outjabbed Rahman every round. Not outclinching him.

I do not understand this hate.

But i believe your girl love to see Wlad fighting :lol::lol::lol:.

Jisi, if you read my post you will see that I noted there was not much clinching in the Rahman fight.

Rahman had a great defense against Wlad. Stand right in front of him, within range with your moiuth open and no head movement. That was more ******ed than most of Dubya's Presidency.

Okay, but i am tired about reading what worst Champion Wladimir is.

He had his losses, and it is hard to come back. But Wladimir came back. He worked hard and i believe that he should get more respect for this.

When he is such a bad Champion, where all the guys who could beat him? Come on boys get the gloves on and step into the ring. Not just talking. Talk is cheap!!!!

Where were all the amateurs when Vlad won the gold medal back in 1996. Jisi, many on this board hate European fighters period and will always pick against Klitschkos, just like Teddy Atlas always does. Vitali sold out Madison Square Garden in New York, during a huge snowstorm! Yes, Klitschkos are the very best and they draw huge crowds. James Toney can't draw flies. Haye? Haye is only a legend in his own mind, refuses to fight top heavyweights, just wants a huge money fight vs. Klitschkos. Haye refused to fight Herbie Hide. Vitali knocked out Hide in second round, London for WBO title years ago.

You know me better than that.

I want WLAD to be his own man, and quit this tag team champ of the world crap. I said when he was thinking about fighting Haye, before he faced Rahman, that I could see myself becoming a fan.

Trading opponents and the like, is not a way to gain my approval though. They don't care about my approval or that of the boxing fan though, it is painfully clear by the decisions they make and the games they play.

WLAD called out Haye in the ring, when he had ViTKLiT there...but he was nice and friendly when Haye was in his face.

Boxing is an individual sport, not a team sport...someone needs to tell the KLITs that.
