Sometimes getting K.O.d has nothing to do with a single blow to the head. (Which pretty much sums up Margarito's style) If Shane can take it, He will last.
No, he's not. I'd be shocked if he did. Of course this is boxing and I've been wrong plenty of times but I think its highly unlikely he stops Shane. Shane's beard is sturdy.

Unfortunately if he does not show improvement from his last fight then a stoppage is possible. He doesn't stay down, but most likely a ref stoppage or his corner. I am afraid he is nearly as shot as Oscar. Maybe even more so! Not that Margarito is that good. Shane has just deteriorated that much as a fighter.
