Good point about the in and out..he did alot lateral movement with his feet and head but this jutting in and out is something new

Maybe people needs a different perspective. Maybe just maybe JMM is just to good for any defense. Show me a fighter especially with an attacking style that JMM wouldnt make his *****. Look at how cautious MAB against JMM and still got his head snapped back constantly.

If people rewatch the fight with Pac, PAc blocked a ton of punches, sure some got through but you cant tell that it wasnt an improvement from his days at 122-126

People forget that Pac has a team of trainers and analysts who gets paid to watch videos all day...these guys are professionals and gets paid handsomely. Every little defficiencies are pointed out and try to be improved. And Pac is athletic smart enough to actually implement some of these improvements. Most posters here are just dumb

I think that's exactly what it is. Marquez isn't a fighter that you can afford to sit back against. Pac's best bet is to utilise his aggression and initiate the action, because you know you have to take punches against a counter-puncher in order to land your own.

 yeah Pac did a dance but if you watched the fight and is calling Pac a ballerina then JMM belongs in the ****ing Bolshoi Ballet company because he did a few more pirouettes than Pac.. Im not even counting the swan dive and the rope trick.

Just look at post #23 for one of JMMs moves

when you post stupidity and dont have facts, you'll look dumb

This is where Pac is in a bind, I dont think he can win against JMM by being aggressive. Unless he just comes out aggressive and commit fully. He cant be tentative and pick his flurries or JMm will pick him apart.

True, and that's the point really. I'm sure Pacquiao will be just as uncomfortable taking Hatton's punches.

Will Manny jump straight back like that with his midsection exposed when Hatton collapses on him? He'll be ****ed if he does, and from what I've seen it's hard wired into Pacquiao's defensive tendencies. He'll do it, maybe uncontrollably.

He might, it's tough to say what will happen. I think Pac will be on the move a lot, in and out and around. He'll come inside to flurry, move out and around. It's a question of whether Hatton will be able to back him up to the ropes, or just catch him at all. Pac is ridiculously agile, and very elusive, and after a couple of rounds his power and precision would've gained Hatton's respect. I can't see Hatton moving in recklessly for too long, otherwise it will be over quicker than everyone will expect.

Pac Fan: You know Pac beat DLH convincingly while Floyd SD DLH.

    Fact!

Haters: That was an old DLH, Floyd will kill Pac. The DLH that Floyd fought was much better. Floyd will still beat PAC.

    Speculation! Trivial at best

Haters: You guys dont know boxing

I personally do think Floyd fought a tougher version of Oscar, as I think Oscar was clearly affected by the weight against Pac. And yes, I know he was at the weight for weeks, which was precisely the problem, he couldn't gain any weight on the night.

That doesn't change the fact that I think Pac could/would beat Floyd.

Im just basically stating the ongoing dialogues thats goes on here. I make no statement who would win between Pac or Floyd. Floyd maybe is favored but again, anything can happen in the ring.

As for stating that DLH was beaten by Pac more convincingly than Floyd..it is fact. Most believe that DLH has slipped but that doesnt change that fact and that statement rings true

One thing I must reiterate, if people are getting bashed for stating facts.
(even if leaving out some details conveniently). I say its still better than stating that Floyd will tool Pac and reclaim his p4p#1 status. Thats pure speculation

PAC has better defense than Casa and MAB... :D

Chris John has the best defense amongst JMM's opponents. :yep

BTW JMM fought a weight drained PAC!

Pac will tax that ass at 140.

Of course he was beaten more convincingly by Pac (nobody could argue otherwise), I'm just saying I think Oscar was better against Floyd because he was more comfortable at the weight, it was visibly evident. But even if the same version of Oscar that fought Floyd turned up against Pac, who knows what would've happened! Could've been the same result, pure speculation!

I'm just trying to be objective by acknowledging all of the facts here.
