whats make you think that if Hatton cant beat Mayweather that no one else can ?

I think that you are a deluded individual. Please elaborate on that...?

You would definitely need to be able to come forward without being sloppy. Floyd would never get in a slug fest so you would have to be methodical and target his body. Castillo did a good job of this in the first fight. He came forward and attacked the body but Mayweather adjusted well in the 2nd fight. Hatton strategy was to come forward but he kind of jumps in and out and is sloppy and thats why his style didn't work. As of now, I would say Cotto or Margarito would have the best shot of beating Floyd. I'm not saying they would win but they have the best shot.

In all fairness, Jose Luis Castillo did it once.

Castillo tried to rough up Floyd in the first fight and all he did was hold, hit low and hit on the break. FAIL!!! That didn't work as he might've hit Floyd with 5 clean head shots the whole fight. When Floyd got more used to 135, the rematch was easy. Castillo, Hatton, Hernandez...all tried to rough Floyd up and it didn't work. The guys who gave Floyd problems were southpaws with speed and a bit of power who were also naturally bigger than him. They caused Floyd problems early before Floyd solved them and dominated them. I see PAc doing the same thing with his speed...right up until he is smashed with a left hook coming from behind the jab.

On being called affraid with two "f's" by Margarito fans:

MARCUS RHODE: It doesn’t bother me because the simple fact is half these guys have never put the leather on, they have never been hit, never been nothing. It doesn’t bother me because all they can do is run their mouth because if they could get in the ring they would have gotten in there...

Honestly guys, i do not know why people CONSTANTLY say the Castillo 1 fight is the 'BLUEPRINT' on how to beat Floyd. That fight gets completely blown out of proportion, i have watched that so many times and YES its a close fight, but Mayweather's defense was brilliant that night, (it had to be he had a torn rotator cuff) and he landed the better shots. So Why oh why does this fight keep getting mentioned as the blue print on how to beat floyd. I guess if you tell a lie a million times it becomes the truth.

Correct me if im wrong but did't PBF UD Castillo in second fight?

Intelligent pressure comes to mind. Like Castillo did in their first fight. Even then it was not enough against the Pretty Boy

Floyd has yet to face a true top 5 welter weight in their peak, so I dont understand how he "easily" beats Margarito based off of the fights he has had at Welter weight, those fights are by no means any sort of messuring stick in which you can use to gauge how Floyd would do in there against Margarito.

until Floyd either fights Tony or fights one of the top welters you really cant say that he would win against Tony, hell he might lose to Andre Berto for all we know.

When AM rematches Williams, you let us know when the fight is because there is no top ww in that division. Williams is the top ww if you ask me, and he is at jmw.

Williams is either a MW or a JMW, he already fought and beat Tony, Margarito asked for a rematch just after the fight Paul rejected the offer and Tony has since moved on to bigger and better things and has boasted his career.

So really Williams ducked Tony, and the only reason Williams wanted to rematch Tony since is becuase Williams is trying to live off of the work that Tony has gotten in since, its not Tonys fault that Paul didnt want to give a rematch just after their first fight, that was pauls doing so in other words paul shot himself in the foot.

I can honestly say that no one around his weight can beat him without getting lucky... I mean other factors like does he show up on that night, correct gameplan, etc all comes into play.

PBF imo is a victim of competing in the wrong era... to be considered in the top 10-20 he would have to regain the welter title, beat another 154 titlist, and beat a 160 titlist (Pavlik or Abraham) I know it sounds kinda insane, but you get what I mean by wrong era
