    LaMotta admits throwing the fight to Fox to get his shot at Cerdan.

    Cerdan's plane crashes on his way to the States for the rematch.

    Coincidence or did the mob have a hand in it?

    A very fine violinist, Ginette Neveu, as well as her brother (who was performing with her on the piano) also died in that plane crash.

    I can forgive the mafia for doing in Cerdan and Ricky Nelson. But why did they have to kill Carole Lombard and Jayne Mansfield?

    I'm pretty sure Jayne Mansfield died in a car crash. The mafia only uses plane crashes to whack celbetries.

    Do we feel some what obligated towards 'the mob' for having dispensed of John Denver too?????... Why did they also kill Marciano??????...

    I doubt 'the mob' have the combined brain activity of anything more than a Dung Beetle. Its the Lawyers, Judges, Higher level cops, Senators and Politicians that 'control' 'the mob'.... unbeknownst to 'the mob' themselves. The clowns are the too busy dressing for funerals to realise their stupidity.
