Dan Rafael from ESPN is reporting the fight is set for the undercard of JMM vs. Diaz.

    Prediction and thoughts?

yes. They were trying to make a fight with Luevano, but he didn't want to fight in Houston.

JMM might be having GOOSE BUMP comes fight night knowing his conqueror is closing in. A win by CHRIS JOHN might rekindle a rematch with MARQUEZ. Isn't it that he is after LEGACY? Now is the time that JMM prove it. Welcome to AMERICA CHRIS JOHN! Don't keep staring at JMM at fight night or eles he might MELT. :hat

If the fight is in Houston then Juarez has a very good chance at beating this running man.

Juarez's biggest weaknesses, which are his slow foot movement and lack of killer instinct, may lose him the fight though. He must come willing to take someone's head off and rough the guy up from the beginning. Close the distance and cut the ring effectively.

I think Rocky Juarez will finally become a champion after all this time.

I dunno man... I like Rocky but this fight is at 126... he has trouble making 130. He's going to be weight drained, I can see John out boxing him like Marquez did.

I dont believe it will happen.

No way will John's handler's allow John's first fight in the states to be against Juarez.

It is possible, Juarez's deficiencies are what have prevented him from winning a belt all this time but he is a good fighter and has a good chance.

I am not worried about the weight though, he isn't a big superfeatherweight and looked good against Hernandez at 126.

Well I do hope this fight gets made for two reasons.

    1) I finally want to see CJ's overprotected ass get beaten.

    2) And for Rocky Juarez's sake, he is a good fighter who just happened to run into two great fighters.
