atsch And you think he will say it out loud that he is afraid of Lewis, is that what you require? Of course he will will not reject being mandatory, he is saying he wants to fight Lewis, blah, blah, blah. When he beat Savarese/Golota, he called out Lewis. But after seeing how Lewis toyed with Tua, there was suddenly talks about Tyson retiring. He instantly insist his mandatory position when Rahman beat Lewis! But when Lewis erclaimed the belt, he suddenly has to be taken to court to fight Lewis. I may not be able to offer you links of news, etc but I was following these events very closely during those times. **** I was already a memmber of ESB board (before it crashed several times). Tyson wants all to believe he wants to fight Lewis. But only nuthuggers and fools would believe him, if you are old enough to be there during those times. Tyson has been trying his best to get out of the fight with Lewis in a discreet way, acting crazy trying to screw up the presscons, fighting other fighters, etc.
too right, tyson got a boxing clinic, he was made to look like an amateur. lewis educated him in the sweet science of the sport.
Tyson lost already lost as early as round 2 and if Lewis did not hurt his right hand, he would have been decapitated right there and then.
Wrong. Try actually reading the thread. The fact that Lewis-Tyson actually eventually happened when they were still tied to rival networks renders that quote meaningless, regardless.
if a nobodies like buster douglas, danny williams or kevin mcbride could beat tyson **** lewis i will have ago myself :yep
Puh-leez! Tyson was DONE when he fought Williams and McBride. And he lasted 10 rounds with Douglas, taking many shots before finally succumbing. That's a bit different than getting blasted out early by a couple of ham n' eggers when you're holding the title!
holyfield was a blown up cruiserweight who got stopped by james toney, and got beat by lewis twice :yep
Oh yeah, That was a prime rendition of the Real Deal for sure......atsch And that blown up cruiserweight managed to survive through an entire era of super heavys, and was quite possibly the best man in it.
