Trust me... it won't. Wlad has fought plenty of big powerful punchers. Wlad doesn't just have critics. He has haters... they won't give him credit for anything.

But if he got licked himself where would it leave him? Not saying he would but the possibility is always there. Too much risk for too little reward.

Well, at the very least, it would be another former titleist on the list.

I can think of about at LEAST 8 more imporant fights for Wlad at Heavyweight right now. If Briggs comes back and actually beats a top contender... then he makes sense. Right now, Wlad has his sights set on the right opponents.

I'd never wanna see Briggs fight Wlad, never ever. This wouldnt even be a good sparring partner for Wlad

Well, we know that it has got to be Povetkin and then either Haye or Arreola. I believe he can leave Dimentrenko for next year. Those are all good fights, and of course we all wish to see the winner of Valuev/Chagaev, not that it is ever going to happen- the WBA line being so protected.

However... it would be funny if Briggs actually beat someone. Just to see all of the haters get excited and talk about how Briggs is going to shatter Wlad's glass chin... only to see the air deflate out of them when it doesn't even come close to happening.

Valuev's promoters will never allow him to fight Wlad, as long as Valuev has a title. Chagaev would be a great fight to land, but I don't see that fight happening anytime soon either.

He has until Sept. to fight Povetkin, so Haye or Arreola will be first. Word now is that it will be Haye.

Oh yes, I could see it now, all the Klits haters would be saying Briggs is gonna shatter his jaw, just like they did with Rahman. LoL. Briggs is like 4 levels under Wlad

I always wanted to see the fight between them two. I don't know if now it makes sense but back then it would be an interesting fight. Briggs has power, size, and he is well known. Maybe if he commits himself into getting in shape and actually fight some good fights then this fight has to happen. IMO

There was a "Rhamn is gonna repeat what he did to Lewis & KO Wlad" express on ESB.
