I think it's a case of who lands a big shot first with Wlad; they both have good power but **** chins. Haye would get KTFO'd by Vitali though
:rofl What a load of **** that is :rofl Haye is a natural heavy who boiled down to make 200 ilb where is your proof of this steroid abuse you moron :rofl He is a small heavy same size as ali actualy
While I don't know, but I also saw that Darchinyan would beat the straight up Mijares and I posted it before the fight took place. Anyway, I try to look at things objectively. I think a lot of people hate on Haye because he's real good looking and he's cocky. Cocky part aside, you should respect him for the fact that he's willing to put his looks on the line to be champ.
Where did I say that? Tell me, where the **** did I say that. Where in what I wrote did I specifically say Barrett was no good? Wlad beat him prior to him becoming the first person to beat Owen Beck, the first person to beat Dominick Guinn etc. He had beaten nobody prior to fighting Wlad.
this is not a 50-50 fight. wlad should open at least 3 to 1 even on the british betting sites. If wlad loses to this guy, he should retire cause there is no way he should be losing to guys like Haye. end of story. David Haye was very amateurish in his win against barrett. he's got very good speed early and good power but he plays no defense and leads with wide power shots. Wlad should wear Haye out in the clinch too. Haye's stamina is his weakest area imo.
Exactly, Haye is a fast starter...everyone knows this, especially Manny Steward. Wlad will be prepared. Haye also has a very good arsenal of punches, but they are usually thrown one at a time. I think Haye is worried about gassing himself more than Wlad is at this point in their careers. Inexperience will be the defining factor of this fight.
Noone, I can see a small comparison between Haye and Sanders regarding the fact they both have the combination of speed and power in their punchers, but that's really the only similarity I see. Wlad's chin is no better than Haye's, he has been down 11 times, TKO'd 3 times by journymen fighters, and has also shown that he has a hard time dealing with pressure in the past. Haye is probably the best oppenent Wlad would ever face, and judging by Wlad's last 3 perfromances against less than stellar competition, I feel Haye does stand a chance, if his chin holds up, he will win, but thats a big "What If". For the poster that questioned all 3 of the Peter knockdowns, I think you should watch the fight, and wittness how scared Wlad fought in that fight, 97 clinches, a few panic panic attacks, and he also turned his back and tried running away from his oppenent on a occasion. The knockdown in the 10th round was legit as can be, after a Peter attack Wlad turned away from his oppenent and went to his knees, choosing not to take anymore punishment, lucky for him the round was nearly over by the time he got up.
Does Sultan have Haye's combination of speed and power? Does he have Haye's offensive arsenal? Haye will come to fight, Sultan didn't. That's the main difference.
Of course he has the same speed and power...look at his KO ratio. Watch some of his fights and tell me otherwise. The real question is, has haye fought anyone even remotely close to the caliber of Wlad Klitschko? Absolutely not.
Someone drank the kool-aid!! Randy Newman is one of the worst refs in boxing. He allowed so many shots behind the head and had no control over this fight...these are very bad examples of both fighters.
